It is an appointment based service, so your restring will be completed within a 2hr time frame. No waiting days or weeks to get your racket back! Your racket is also labelled with string type and tension for future reference.

I haven't restrung any racquets before so I was a bit unsure about the process beforehand. However, Laura was extremely helpful with figuring out a good tension and did a perfect job with the strings. Will be recommending her service to all my friends!

Great service. Broke a string on a Saturday two days before New Year and expected to be without my racquet for quite a few days. However, after contacting Laura she agreed to restring it on the Saturday and I had it back only two hours after dropping it off. Stringing was done exactly as I requested.
