Coles Reservoir

This is my favourite supermarket. Have shopped here for around 20 years. Great staff who are always friendly and happy to assist when required. Store layout is great and products easy to find.

coles has been always the 1st choice for grocery shopping as well as for car fuel.
in this particular coles although it's not that big but everything is always in stock.
staff is good no complaints..
huge parking is available outside as you ca see in photos

Excellent customer service, fast checkout but who wants too checkout faster, when the staff there is specially Gemma give you a chorus or two that brightens up your day 😀. Gemma very good, should be the the store manager.

It's my local and the staff are great. Homeless people begging in the car park entrance makes me think twice about going there sometimes

You buy food here. Step around the people who cluster about the entrances soliciting donations and accost you in the car park likewise for small change. A real highlight are the folk consuming their purchases made at the many, many nearby takeaway liquor options. Ah, the alfresco life.

Honestly , i find Reservoir Coles to be the best arranged .
The order of hope different things are stacked is so user friendly , i have compared it to other bigger coles that i have visited , staff is super friendly at all the coles but layout of where and how goods are kept is different.
My preferred place for groceries. Cheers

Store is smaller than other Coles stores. But has everything you need and every single staff member that I have dealt with has been extremely helpful and very friendly. Happy with their service😃.

Best coles in the heart of reservoir, near Reservoir station. Good for a quick supply run. Plenty of parking available.

Please don't renovate! this place is like a 90's/2000's time capsule. Sure it is run down but it is nostalgic!

Great latout. It is a small shop but it is easy to find everything with a small amount of isles (if youve been to the store several times) youcan find everything you need quite quickly. Staff is always friendly and kind.

Great store only had one bad experience and I'll put that down to the employee having a bad day

Very well organised. Staff member outside watching customer make sure scans or write the customer details before entering.
