Going into Bevmarks Sleep professional was a great decisions! Went there last Monday and Brian was the one who helped me. He was knowledgeable about the bed ,very nice personality and very good customer service. Most importantly help me understanding what I should look for when buying a bed! Coz I have been looking online and lot of reviews and I just get more confused. Lol.
I am very picky when it comes to bed coz I have a pretty curves body so Firm mattress (that's what I got last time coz everyone thinks that's a better choice?! But it's not!!) It just makes me toss and turn every night, it's just too firm for me and I starting to have low back pain. That's why I need help to find a soft yet supportive bed and Brian nailed it down to two beds that could be what I'm looking for and just let me and my partner to compare them ourselves (sleep on it and just feel how your body feels).
We end up purchased: The Eclipse Plush in Queen size.
Seriously I can't be happier!! It's soft and supportive at the same time coz of the technology of this bed and the pillow that he suggested was amazing too! And after a night sleep, I instantly feels like have less pain and a really deep sleep and is just amazing so I will recommend Bevmarks!
Delivery was so fast too btw.

Had great service from Mark who was very knowledgeable on products! I didn't know so much went into when I was just buying a pillow- He even predicted my sleeping habits because my old pillow wasn't right for me 😅Thanks for the discounts as well, super happy with the purchase :)

Brian who’s the Boss was the most intelligent and amazing sales person ever. He knew all about his stuff and he gave great advice. So knowledgeable about everything. Went through how some mattresses are made and how the one we bought was better for asthmatics like myself. He was so so helpful and my family and i were able to buy our mattress and pillow today. After purchasing a pair of A.H. Beard Nox Lights and Sleep Trackers I had massive issues setting them up and spoke to the extremely kind and polite Colleen who advised she'd have a Sales Representative contact me ASAP and assist.

Immediately thereafter I received a call from Ken who's from A.H. Beard who booked a time to come to my home the very next morning.

He was extremely helpful and professional, coming to my home a total of three times to ensure the issue was resolved to the best of his ability - talk about going above and beyond.

Im so grateful for everything they've both done to assist with this issue.

Outstanding customer service and product quality! I would not hesitate to recommend Bevmarks Maribyrnong/Highpoint to anyone considering purchasing a bedroom suite. The people working there cannot be faulted and really want to help you out! It is rare that such outstanding customer service exists today. Again, the quality of all products are superb.

Buying a new mattress (and base) can be a very slow, measured process when customers are trying to find the right fit, and Colleen carefully stepped us through it - twice! The mattresses we tested at this Bevmarks store were of good quality and were offered at surprisingly affordable prices.

Loved the store layout and that I was left to look for awhile before approached by a sales person.

Choosing Bevmarks in Maribyrnong Melbourne was the best decision. This is a retail area with a very high number of bed showrooms. Shopping can be overwhelming!
I was grateful to have met Brian who made the purchase easy. He knows the stock and knows how to listen.
