Great park - great staff. Very quiet and located in the centre of town so everything was within walking distance (pub, coffee, general store, museum and other places of interest). We spent 4 nights but could easily have added a few more days - so much to see and do.

Had a great time over three nights in an unpowered campsite.
The staff were fabulous! Jackie, Dom, and Michelle were very friendly, answering all our questions and maintaining the site.
The facilities were very clean, regularly cleaned and stocked up. It was one of the busiest times for the site and there was not much wait for the showers.
The unpowered site was grassy, and had good shade. Sites were large and close to the ammenities.
Things to note, there is no reception for Optus customers.

Absolutely loved my 6 night stay at Camp Crusty on a power/water site. The park has a lovely vibe and host Jackie was just lovely. So friendly, helpful and accommodating, Jackie’s customer service was brilliant. She made me feel very welcome and accommodated a site change with no problems at all. Would highly recommend this camp. I ended my stay feeling relaxed and recharged and would definitely stay again. Thank you Jackie. :)

This was our second Easter spent at Camp Crusty. Yet again we really enjoyed our stay. The only thing that is annoying is the loud music coming from the powered sites on the hill. Lucky we choose to stay along the back fence where it is quieter.
Will be back though.
Thank you

Terrific spot!
Nice and quiet with a lovely little pub just across the road. And the creek nearby was a great swim on a very hot day.
We'll be back.

If I could recommend Camp Crusty higher I would.
Beautiful, Quiet, 5 minute walk to the pub. (Best food and friendly conversations).
5 minute drive to have a go at panning for gold and river gems.
Management are friendly, helpful, and ready to offer tips on local attractions.
Toilet and Shower facilities are extremely clean and great pressure and constant temperature in the shower.
We even met a cute little wombat on our walk to the pub.
Love this place will definitely return.

We stayed on a powered site at Camp Crusty Eldorado, the weekend of the 21st October. Amenities, were clean and well catered for. Caretakers were friendly and helpful. I loved to large grassed sites. it was peaceful and beautiful surroundings. Price for powered site is very reasonable. Didnt want to leave.

We stayed in the couples cabin last night 19th August.
Beautifully presented and clean. It is small and cozy, just right for us.
The new caretakers are friendly and keep this park spotless. It is a hidden gem and worth the visit.

Beautifully maintained park with very large sites. Amenities a little dated but kept very clean. Pub and very small general store 500 metres down the road. Tim and Tammy, the CP Managers are very friendly and helpful. Would definately come back here again.

We stayed at Camp Crusty on May 7-10 2023 on a powered site and what a gem it was. It is a great place and we would like to have stayed longer with Beechworth, Chiltern and Wangaratta only a relatively short drive away. The sites at Camp Crusty are large and the facilities are kept spotless. Managers, Tanya and Tim were so helpful and willing to go the extra mile. The area is quiet and has a lot of history with the local museum, open on Sunday afternoon, located directly opposite the park.
Thank you Tanya and Tim for being so helpful... We'll be back.

Great to see that this park has reopened. The park is set close to local history and you can easily walk to shop and pub.
The sites are well sized and allows you to spread yourself out comfortably. The facilities while dated are clean and very serviceable. The staff are great and offer a wealth of local knowledge and assistance.
Will definitely be using Camp Crusty as my base for future trips to the area.

Love this place! The amenities available are good, could do with an upgrade but decent for use. The spaces provided are a really good size. Best I've seen tbh. Enough space to really stretch out and not worry about being right next to your neighbours.
Shop & Pub are within walking distance and there is a cool museum across the road. Eldorado is a quaint little town with lots of history to explore. Just be aware that they have little to no reception, which is awesome if you are needing some peace from the hustle and bustle. The park keeper is wonderful. Very helpful, informative and friendly. And very quick to sort out any matters that may arise. I highly recommend this place and look forward to my next visit.

Used to come here as a kid and loved it then. Good to see the park open again and the new owners have put in a lot of work to get it up a running. The park is centrally located to all the major towns in the area which is good. At night it's so quiet here and being able to have fires at your site is great. The sites are huge and there is plenty of space for kids to ride bikes and play. If you enjoy the peace and quiet I recommend a stay here. We will definitely be back
