A bit old and rough around the edges, but given its not a premium price point, you kind of have to expect what you pay for (relative to everything else on the mountain).
Location - great
Pool/spa/sauna - bloody great
The staff were really friendly and helpful, and they have ski hire facilities on site (although we already got what we needed off the mountain earlier as we didn't know).

For year 10, my friends and I had the once in a lifetime experience of coming to Mt. Hotham for our year 10 ski trip.

We stayed at the alpine heights apartments, a great acomadation; I definitely recommend staying here.
The apartments are big and spacious, and the other features such as the pool are cool to.

Excellent location, just a quick walk to Hotham Central, the snow bus and lifts! Top notch spa available, perfect after a long day linking turns on the slopes.

Friendliest people here. There is a hot tub, and the room is very spacious. Price relatively affordable. Sadly, no free wifi

Great place but is a bit of a walk uphill to get to. Otherwise enjoyed our stay. Lovely spa n swimming pool.

Visited between Christmas and NYE. Took a bit of wandering to find it. Unit 19 is a cosy little studio. Great views with a balcony, large fridge, 4 burner stove and well appointed kitchen. No oven. The hallways are very dark with almost all of the common area lighting turned off.
