Called JD sports Shellharbour, to enquire about stock levels of a very popular shoe and received exceptional service and direction from Lily. Not only, did she help me to find the shoes I wanted, but went to great lengths to explain the different methods of payment that I could undergo so I can purchase the shoes I wanted before they sell out. Highly recommend her service and guidance next time I shop at JD.

I walked into JD sports the other morning with my son when it first opened. We were the only customers in the store and spent some time looking at sneakers for him. I had to get the young man’s attention to assist with sizes as I was never acknowledged or approached.
Once the shoes came out I was checking where my son’s toe was and questioning myself if I had the correct size for him. I once again got the man’s attention to assist with sizing.
I decided to buy them and the man took them from me and said he will leave them behind the counter to be processed.
My son and I proceeded to the counter and no one was to be seen. I stood there looking around and the man was just hovering around the front of the store, a girl was restocking or arranging some clothes around and another flashed through. I was waiting at the counter for 2-3 minutes, no one else in the store, then decided to get the man’s attention to process. He promptly did so.

I felt this was absolutely poor customer service. I felt the young man had some type of service personality but the basics of greeting and following through with a sale were completely non existent.
