Lovely spot. Came down hoping to cast a line but saw the health warning from Department of Health. Apparently there are elevated bacteria levels in the water and fishing is not recommended. Will be back later.

Cheeky night time drive and a twist and turn away a boat ramp into the river reveals itself. Blissful wilderness.
Great place to launch canoe's or to pop down quickly in 10min for kiddies to have a dip. In summer and on weekends can see it getting pretty bust and backed up, keep in mind it's just a gravel no through road with minimal space to turn around
