City Cave Picton

Every visit has been so relaxing! Float during pregnancy was amazing! I have specifically come here to leave a review for the staff! Everytime I have visited it has felt so welcoming & peaceful. Today was something else though. My husband & I had a float organised together which we were asked to reschedule due to an unwell staff member. When we were unable to attend the other available appointments due to babysitting arrangements, Megan stayed back to keep our original booking. We deeply appreciate the understanding, professionalism & empathy which allowed us the time out together. Thank you city cave team 🙏💖

Absolutely love this place. I have done multiple saunas and float tanks. I love the atmosphere and really enjoy unwinding here after a busy and stressful week. It’s always a wonderful experience and the staff are always lovely and attentive to detail. Atmosphere is 10/10. Saunas are expensive however I really value the experience as it’s a solo sauna you have all to yourself, can Bluetooth your music out of etc and can unwind in for an hour. I will be retuning time and time again.

Staff are always amazing. Great facilities, always peaceful and quiet. Regular floater and sauna user, highly recommend either one 👌🏽

Would recommend single person float as couple is a bit annoying with bumping into each other but it helped with sleep a lot!

Although city cave is a relaxing experience , I don’t believe the cleanliness and hygiene of this place is up to scratch , after visiting picton to do float the therapy I coped a very bad ear infection and lost hearing in my left ear , even tho I wore the ear plugs
