I want to express my immense gratitude to Alpha Gateway Petrol Station for their exceptional assistance when I hit a wedge-tail eagle and shattered my windscreen while traveling with my two young girls. The manager went above and beyond by coming out promptly, locating a corflute sign, and skillfully taping it over the damaged area, allowing me to safely reach my parents for Christmas with my children. Additionally, he generously provided his vacuum cleaner to help clear the glass that had scattered over the front seat.

Thank you for your prompt and accommodating support during a challenging time. I also want to commend Alpha Gateway for serving the best coffee I had that day from any fuel depot. Your kindness and quality service made a significant difference.

What a positive experience at Alpha Gateway when visiting this town . Nothing else was open . Thank goodness for the lovely service at this service station. Assisted by Rosie who had a lovely warm, friendly welcome and helped with fuel and food . Thankyou
