Akaasha Holistic Wellness

I have participated in group meditations (chakra balance) and found this experience to be a re-set for the soul. From arriving at the Akaasha Wellness space and being warmly greeted by Ajsa, to laying on the luxurious mats and resting my head on the pillow as I drift away to the sounds of Ajsa's calming voice, gently guiding us through our meditation. If you have ever wanted to try meditation and experience the benefits for your body and your mind, I would highly recommend Akaasha Wellness centre as a safe, warm and friendly environment to give it a try.

I went to a meditation session it was amazing only 6 people there the place was set up I only bought a water bottle ..felt so re generated after do not hesitate to book you won't be disappointed
