If I could give this dealership 10 stars I would, I was buying one of the cheapest cars on the lot and could not have been treated better if I was buying a top end Landcruiser for 120k.
The finance offered smashed all other dealers out of the ball park, that was provided by Paul Otis, not only did he beat all other dealerships on the finance he knows his cars and was such a pleasure to deal with.
This was followed up by a phone call from the manager of this very large yard Wayne Jennings, to make sure everything was ok and Wayne followed up with all my silly questions and issues personally and gave me his direct mobile number.
I had further direct contact with Wayne and he always took the call or got back promptly.
If you're after a big car yard with loads of options and great finance not just Toyota they have all brands do yourself a good deed and see the team at Albion Park Rail, its a nice drive down from Sydney, forget Parramatta Rd n Warwick Farm, this is old fashioned great service so hard to find these days, I thought it was gone but these people do it.

Mick at Illawarra is a detail salesman. He went through all the features of my Corolla. I have not met a salesman who would spend somuch timr on a normal car. I thought I bought a Lexus.

I had a non Toyota vehicle serviced here, as there is a warranty issue and they are part of the dealer network.

Getting my service done here was cost effective. Also, I booked it into Wollongong by mistake, but they still took it on without any trouble. Unable to fix my issue on the day, but they checked it and confirmed the problem, as well as making sure there were no immediate safety or road worthy issues.
