Great meal! 300g rump cook to perfection, had the hot sauce which was amazing. Also had the fish and chips which were delicious. Washed down with a few schooners.

A real gem. Totally worth a visit. Excellent beer selection, first rate food, kind and polite staff. Locals are friendly and they are kid friendly too. I had the steak… and it was just as you would expect from being in the middle of cow country!

My partner and I came in for the first time tonight to try out the meals.
From entering the door the friendly bar staff were more than welcoming and had a very happy disposition and made the atmosphere like home.

The meals were absolutely out of this world, first class in presentation and definitely taste from beginning to end, Helen the chef our hats are definitely off to you. DO NOT miss an apportunity to dine and drink here..

Great customer service, delicious food. Best pub steak I've ever eaten, cooked to medium rare perfection. Priced well for food and drinks . Happy staff makes for a great customer experience.

What a hidden gem .
I had the T-Bone ,it was cooked to perfection and sooo tender and I am a medium well cooked sort of girl.
My husband had the smoked salmon and said he has been to many 5 star restaurants and this meal was far better . A flavour explosion.

We came from Bundaberg as a family for lunch. Meals are excellent, flavoursome & large. The kids loved their meal and loved the little play area on the stage. Highly recommend if you are visiting Goomeri.

Chefs specials - salmon was amazing. Loved every mouthfull ... check out the pubs own range of wines. Enjoyed with lunch and took home a few bottles of the classic white made locally . Service was professional and staff extremely friendly and attentive. We will be back. Thankyou

Sunday arvo drive and found ourselves in Goomeri on Mother’s Day looking for a feed. Joe’s Grand Hotel was obviously booked out but Mel still went over and above to accommodate us, a party of five. Thought this would just be another pub meal but what a fantastic surprise. The quality of the meals was outstanding including Chef Helen’s specials whom we found out had been planning them all week. Mel and staff were so friendly and attentive and Chef Helen even came out after our meal to say g’day. What a refreshing visit! If you are ever in this area do yourself a favour and go there! We’ll definitely be going back again. Well done Joe’s!

Had a steak medium, fantastic can't stop thinking about it, have told multiple people.

We didn't stay at the hotel as we were just passing through.
Stopped for lunch and the food was amazing for such a small town pub. I had the Tasmanian salmon with potato croquettes, veggies with herb and garlic cream. Very well presented and tasted even better! Prices are a little high but that is to be expected considering its location and size of the town.
I'd happily drive another 1.5hrs just to have a meal here again.
Friendly staff too! See you all again soon.

Food was absolutely delicious, drinks reasonably priced but would like to see a New Zealand Sav Blanc by the glass. Staff happy and helpful, great service. We'll be back again.

Had Friday night special, Flathead, chips and salad, delicious!

Had the special meal at the pup it was the mushroom and bacon arancine, it came beautifully plated and tasted amazing. The staff were friendly and great, lovely place to stop for food and drinks great environment

Had lunch after a bike ride. Very friendly staff. Great food. Had the pork belly and gnocchi special. Both meals well cooked. Veggies were yum

Popped in for dinner on a busy Friday night. The place was comfortable full and nice and cosy. The staff were super friendly and cleared the table from the precious guest promptly. The menu was comprehensive and there were a handful of specials. The food was superb and most plates went back to the kitchen empty. Ours was delicious and reasonably priced. Good selection of cold beers on tap.

By far the best pub meal I have ever had. Steak was cooked to perfection and the salad was delicious. Can't wait to go back to try out more of the menu.

We had a beautiful lunch. The food was wonderful I had the Hump Day Rump which was cooked to perfection and served with a delicious salad and chips. Zan had a Pie Floater which was floating in a gravy lake on an island of mashed potatoes and peas, which she loved too. We share a bottle of Dusty Hill Merlot which is a personal favourite and cannot recommend this hotel enough for a great meal with great service.
Just do it, you won't be disappointed.

Just had the Friday special of battered flathead and chips and salad with aoliy mayo well worth the $18 dollars with wonderful polite bar staff highly recommend a feed here

An awesome outback pub with great wine range, and the food was exceptional. Absolutely worth a visit if in the area.
