BWS Rainbow Beach Parade

Popped in to the store on the way back to Coolum on Sunday 21st. The gentleman behind the counter was the most helpful and friendly bloke. By his own admission he’d only been working there a short time but knew his products and took the time to explain the special offers using our Everyday Rewards. If there were more cheery customer service people like him shopping would be a pleasure.

Stopped by for supplies on the way to Fraser, two ladies offering excellent service and great prices too. Best little BWS this end of the Cape

Friendly guy at the counter

Seems to be a trend where bws staff members refuse to acknowledge customers existence. Went in here last week when THREE staff members were on, two stocking shelves and the other behind the counter on the phone. I’m not from around the area so I don’t know where the product I was after was, not only did the three staff members not even greet me, they didn’t ask if I needed help and the man at the counter didn’t even look up from his phone. Thought this was pretty outrageous considering staff training extensively covers customer service and usually they pester you for their help till you leave.
