What can I say?? Roger and Amy have been incredibly understanding, helpful and professional when dealing with our issues caused by the orginal company from whom we purchased our van. Absolutely NOTHING was too much trouble... from sourcing obscure parts to getting everything done in an incredibly timely manner to responding to my myriad of stressed phone calls and emails. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. We are soooo grateful to have found Roger and Amy. You guys, and Caravan Worx, rock!!!!

Haven't had the work done yet, but if the phone manner I experienced is representative of their work, this place will be first class. I am looking forward to meeting the crew and getting the work done.

Amazing business, amazing owners. They went above and beyond to help us with our Thetford fridge replacement. All under warranty. They fitted us in their busy schedule and were very helpful all the way. Would highly recommend for any caravan work and would definitely go back to them with any other work needed. 5 star plus for us

Great place with amazing customer service! I rang up last minute as my old fridge conked out and needed pulled out/replaced. These guys not only squeezed me in around their very busy workload but spent their time looking online helping me choose the fridge before I came in and even offered to stay out of hours to complete the job. Amy and all the team were super friendly and so helpful, thank you guys again!! Its so lovely and unusual to meet a team who go out of their way to help you out. Its best to book ahead unlike me if you can as everyone's so busy :))

Amy & Co spent days and a lot of energy tracking down a part to repair my awning. Unfortunately it was not possible (awning is old), but the effort these guys put in was amazing. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Service with a smile!

Really happy with the work Roger and Amy did putting strip of fairy lights with a dimmer switch along the top of my caravan under the awning. Also changed filters etc as well. Thankyou for the great service. Definitely will promote your wonderful service. One very happy customer.

Had an issue with our 3 way fridge whilst on the road. Would not run on gas. Called and they said "bring 'er in and we'll have a look"
Arrived and very busy shop but they dropped everything to sort me out and had me up and running in just a couple of minutes and would not take payment. Wow! Though that level of service was a thing of the past. One thing for sure, when it comes time to service our caravan, we will make the trip down from Burrum Heads to have them do it. Just so obliging and extremely nice people that instill confidence.
They will definitely see us again!

Absolutely love dealing with this husband and wife team. Always go above and beyond for their customers. HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Great service, friendly and easy going. Cant recommend enough.
