Such a pretty cafe away from the city with super great view of the beach.

GF friendly, toast, bread & crumbled fish & chips all GF, cute and cozy vibes.

Will be best for summer time as the outdoor area are spacious to compare with indoor seating area.

You guys are awesome! This place is a gem, worth a detour en route from Port Arthur to Hobart. Thoughtful service and great freshly cooked fish and chips. Well priced & generous serves.

We enjoyed coffee & a delicious turkey, Camembert cheese toastie, sitting in the warm sunshine. Friendly service. Then we walked down to Park beach and watched some surfing. Nice place.

Beautiful beachside Cafe, outside seating which is dog friendly, has a beautiful outlook of Park Beach.
All fish & chips are gf, only had the chips today, which were delicious & freshly cooked. Fabulous coffee ☕ 👌

A few other fish and chip places around the traps could do with a huge wake up call, as for Beach Bums , they are knocking it out of the park.
A new business who are doing the basics very well and not trying to be anything but authentic.

A great place to stop. The freshest fish, a great selection of ice creams and delicious coffee. The chicken burger was new to the menu and it was one of the best burgers I've ever had. Well worth a visit

Been travelling Tassie for over a week & this is the best cup of coffee Ive come across. Had to order one to go at the end of my breakfast, it was just too good to pass up.

The lightest and freshest fish and chips I have ever eaten. Not heavy or oily. Tassie flakey white fish. Absolutely will be back.

After only two visits, we already feel so confident giving Beach Bum Dodges Ferry a 5 star review. Our coffees were amazing on opening day and today, the crumbed gluten free fish and chips was the best we have ever had. Normally, we tire quickly of the taste and feel quite heavy after fish and chips but today, we didn’t want the meal to be over. Fortunately, the serving size was very generous and no extra charge for condiments (big yes)!
It is so amazing to have a coeliac friendly cafe available in a smaller coastal area and within walking distance to the beach. The owner and staff are all extremely friendly and welcoming too. Being able to enjoy a coffee and meal at a venue which takes food allergies seriously is a huge win. Thank you so much Beach Bum, see you again next week ☺

Best squid and chips I’ve had in Tassie so far. Breakfast bun and coffee was also delicious. Highly recommend.

Great new cafe! Delicious single o coffee and alternative dairy co milk, chips were great! And the best choc chip cookie if ever had (gluten free too!) will definitely be back. Great spot for summer! ☕

Got some chippies after a surf here. They were crunchy, hot, delicious.

The waiter was also such a lovely person and friendly, the right amount of chat. Maybe we'll be friends... who knows? He seems like the type that would ask about your family once the coffee order is memorised. Maybe even remember your kids name (who's currently playing with the dog bowl water)

He brought us a selection of condiments. Yes... my friends, they have the holy trinity - bbq sauce, tomato sauce AND vinger. Choices a-plenty.

Obviously, the waiter is concerned about waste, as the one hot choccie we ordered; the excess was split into another drink, so 1/2 drinks for us to share. So thankful! Such good vibes.

What an iconic shop! Beautiful inside and out! Awesome addition to the local area! Best spot around for fish, squid chips! All sorts of delicious ice-cream and epic coffee! Couldn’t ask for more- oh and beautiful smiling staff to greet you! 👏🏼
