Wicked Campers Exmouth

I just concluded an 8 day rental from Wicked Campers Exmouth and I was pleasantly surprised given the other reviews. I found the check-in/check-out process easy, and the staff very pleasant. The vehicle itself was clean on pickup, and the equipment provided worked properly. My only deviation was that I decided to purchase a tent and camp vs. staying in the camper. This was mostly due to the weather, as the tent had better ventilation (note - the cushions provided for the bed worked great in the tent!). I didn't have any issues with the vehicle itself. It was comfortable to drive over my 1700km trip and the air conditioner was excellent. It wasn't well suited for non-paved roads but I knew that (and planned for it) before picking up the vehicle. My suggestion, if you are on a budget and you plan well, Wicked Campers Exmouth is a viable option for you!

The most hopeless check in and collection process I’ve ever encountered. Cars are great but it took forever before we could even get them. Disorganised.

The worst costumer service I have ever experienced. 1 hour after getting the campervan the key had almost completely snapped in half. We called Exmouth wicked campers and the lady said we had to call roadside assist ourselves. Roadside assist said they didn’t cover keys so we had to drive back into town and get a key cut and pay for it ourselves.
The van was dirty when we received it even though we payed a $200 cleaning fee.
We had to pay an additional $50 for a late drop off when all we did was leave the key in a box.
DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Would not recommend, we got a Wicked Camper for a trip to Karijini. The check-in person was late so we rushed through the pickup and the supplied stove did not work, so we could not cook any of our food or make our morning coffees once we got there.

The customer service was horrendous; I asked for a credit considering this and they finally replied after more than a month of silence, basically telling me to get bent and providing no credit.

If you do decide to use them anyway, take the time to thoroughly check all the equipment and make sure it works. Also be aware you will need to thoroughly clean the camper inside and out before returning it, and there is no carwash in Exmouth at the moment (one is being built however).

Office not attended during daytimes, unfriendly woman finally came after calling for the reserved campervan for a proud amount of AUS $. Ordered 4 WD campervan for 4 persons, got small bruised and battered Toyota RAV. Tent on the roof was slowly dismantling during the following days. Insiders recommended not to go on tracks made for 4 WD with this senile Campervan vehicle. We were lucky having a roll of Gaffer Tape with us to keep things attached. We can't recommend neither service nor rented equipment

Worst customer service ever on the phone ( I talked with a woman). You can't talk to the depot in Exmouth directly. I have never experienced such a rude behaviour before !

Das Büro war nicht besetzt. Nach einem Anruf, kam eine unfreundliche Dame und teilte uns mit, dass das reservierte Fahrzeug nicht verfügbar sei. Stattdessen erhielten wir ein anderes (nicht vergleichbares) Fahrzeug. Kein guter Service. Auf Beschwerde Mails wird einfach nicht reagiert. Absolut nicht zu empfehlen.
