A great place to experience camping with family and friends. I love the long stretch of land to catch the wind in front of the sea. I love the romantic sunsets on the long stretch of white sand. I love absolutely relaxing days with my loved ones. And I love the nights alone looking at the stars and confiding in mother nature about sacred secrets...

Awesome location. Easy to get to with caravan. 2 drop toilets (the one located further from the entrance is newer and cleaner). Beautiful beach within 5 metres from camp ground. We planned to stay for 2 nights and ended up staying for 4 nights at $10 a night. No phone reception.

Loved this little spot, so happy we could get a spot, first in first served. $20 send a bit steep but there's a toilet & bins. Right on the beach.. Was calm on this side of the Peninsula

Burners Beach Bush Campground. Just perfect, even on a windy night. Two areas to camp, to the left is where the toilets are down a narrow dirt road. To the right is a shelter and for SC vehicles. Both are perfect. Watch for signage on top road, easy to miss.

An excellent camping spot. The natural landscape (with the steep hill running along its southern side) creates a protected campsite from the wind, meaning its usually always calm or with a slight wind at most. Some small shrubs are also there for additional protection. Campsites are large and it's usually not crowded here. Mosquitoes are very few (saw one in 3 days). Flies and march flies on the other hand are common, but thankfully they're most present during the heat of the day leaving the mornings, evenings and night free of the pests. The beach is only a short distance away and was always calm and glassy while we were there on account of the sheltering landscape I mentioned earlier. There are X2 long drop toilets but they're typically disgusting. Camping here requires you to register and pay a small fee. Park rangers regularly visit so don't risk it. You can have a campfire but it needs to be in the right time of year. Native wildlife is common. Didn't see any snakes but they'd be out there for sure. I hear fishing here is also reasonable at times.

It was really nice. What great beach too. Weather is a factor and for us it was great.

Burners beach. A good camp ground, easy access via a 12km dirt road. Would advise dropping tyre pressures down to 25psi(don't forget to pump back up when returning to the black top). To enjoy your stay, bring in your own drinking water, there is a tank, but it may be unreliable (small & rain water). There are 2 drop toilets available , fees do apply, check with council. If dropping tyre pressures, make sure you have a 12volt compressor on board, nearest town is warooka.
