Had a fabulous week in Tassie thanks to James and his organisation. We were a small group of 10 and the facilities were well suited The care extended by Tas Coachlines was second to none. Coach very comfortable and our knowledgeable and humorous driver guide Theo was the icing on the cake. Thanks James - we will be back!

Me and my 15 friends visit Launcheston yesterday and hire the 21 seat bus to go sightseeing and Oscar was the driver, we just want to say that he’s awesome, we were really satisfied with the service and how polite and helpful Oscar was, we definitely going to use tasmania coachlines for our trip next time and definitely will spread the words! I am a tourist operator and really disappointed. 2 hours late delivering vehicle to Hobart Airport. Three days later we discovered the rear door lock had been faulty and not locking for two days due to temporary repair pre-hire. So we arrived in Launceston and got another vehicle. Three days later, power steering died as we left Launceston. The poor old mechanic is overworked with an ageing fleet of too many vehicles for one guy to maintain. Then a speeding fine came which I paid directly to Tas Coachlines. Now I have an unpaid fine from Tasmania Police. I guess if I don't pay what I have already paid, I could be arrested by Australian border officials when I arrive in Melbourne next month. This is poor form
