VetLove Jimboomba Veterinary Clinic

Dr Chris came out when we had an emergency this morning. We had not been to the practice before so we didn’t know if we would be able to get help asap but they dropped everything to help us. Unfortunately we lost our girl but he was so lovely and compassionate and treated both us and our Gyspy with so much kindness. Highly recommend this practice after having an awful experience at a different local vet recently this was such a relief to be treated so kindly under such hard circumstances. We will be back for sure and will recommend to our friends also.

First visit last week and they were great.
Both the Vet Nurse Casey and vet, Dr Sun were great. Full of helpful advice and really took the time to listen.

We were looked after with the most beautiful care. Kitty needed to be seen that day and Dr Anna went out of her way to fit her in. The girls at the front desk were just wonderful, they were caring and kind and reassuring that everything will be looked at and done with the up most care.
Can't believe people leave reviews saying they were to expensive because they are completely priced reasonably.

VET LOVE in Jimboomba is a really good & friendly VETS . They are caring & polite & always greet Ruby & myself like friends.

This was my first time visiting a veterinary.

Dr Anna and the lady on the front desk were an absolute delight!
My pets were calm and happy during their appointments and I felt they both genuinely cared for my pets and for us visiting.
I raised concerns about the health of one of my pets and she not only thoroughly checked her out she offered well detailed advice so I could learn and understand more about my pets and their needs.
I left feeling happy I had made the visit. I won't go anywhere else now.

I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Dr Anna and the team genuinely care for my dogs and make such a fuss over them whenever we visit.

We are informed of our dogs conditions and treatments in easy to understand language, so we always feel like we’re fully in the loop.

Aside from the amazing vet care they give our animals, the crew at VetLove Jimboomba are always so polite and helpful. We had an appointment at 10.30 (they shut at 12)& had to leave our dog at the surgery for a while. While we were waiting we had a serious car accident and couldn’t return to collect our dog before the vet shut. However, the team at VetLove Jimboomba stayed open for over an hour and a half after their normal closing time to enable us to organise for collection of our dog! They are amazing! Thank you so much for going so far above and beyond for us on a stressful day!

I have always had a very positive experience when Honey Bee & Effie have visited the Vet Love Jimboomba clinic.

The first time I met Ukie she was so understanding and helpful with Effie’s health condition. She stepped me through the options and was very compassionate throughout the whole process.

I have been taking my dog to Vetlove for years and have always been happy with the service. This time my poor little guy had to have teeth removed. The whole team were great with him and kept me informed and explained everything they did.

The food here is always cooked perfectly. The staff are always friendly and very helpful. My wife and I agree that Perks has no real competition regarding quality of food around Jimboomba. We love this place!!

I am very happy with this practice. Vet was very thorough in finding the cause of my dog's illness and explained results and treatment plan to me in detail. The practice always follows up with calls to ensure everything is going well.

These guys sort our boys out. With three dogs they always know what's up and how to help, Good price, they care for our boys like there their own. Medication is a fair price especially when compared to what other dispensaries charge for the same thing. I would highly Recommend them to anybody

All the staff here were lovely to deal with and really took care to listen and were really lovely to Archer who was a bit scared and sad to be there. All in all a great experience for us and we will be back next time we need something

The girls were very friendly and welcoming, they listened to my concerns about my two dogs with me not being able to enter the practice (covid 19) they did an amazing job and won them both over for a happy and stress free visit even though they both needed vaccinations.

This is the only vet I will go to. They are fantastic at explaining everything and they are great with my dog. She suffers bad anxiety but they are great at calming her. A1 service
