The Old Gippstown Tea Rooms

My husband and I went here for breakfast this morning. The staff were lovely, though it seemed to be a bit early for them, the food was very tasty and we were the only ones for about half an hour before other people started showing up. I get the Big Breakfast everywhere I go, and the scrambled eggs were almost cheesy, very yummy. Will definitely return.

Nice meals. Good to see homemade cakes and slices. I'm vegetarian, few different choices for me. A bit of echo in tearoom, making it loud. Plants would be nice to stop some of that. Would recommend

Can't go past the crepes for a delicious meal. Great range of hot and cold teas! All the staff are super friendly and all purchases help support the community by providing opportunities for people with a disability to gain experience in the hospitality industry.

I love this cafe. The staff are friendly, food is delicious, good coffee (can recommend the Medi-Vegi wrap and gluten free cakes), and heaps of parking. What’s not to love?

I had a seriously awesome meal at this place. We chowed down on the Beef Brisket Burger, Bacon & Egg Roll, Lemon slice, and sipped on some great coffee. Seriously, that Bacon & Egg Roll was next level - the best I've had in ages! And the best part? It didn't break the bank. The service was spot-on too. I left with a happy belly and a big grin. 🍔🍳😋

The food here was delicious, can't go past their crepes or their delicious breakfast wrap. Talk of the town is they're expanding their menu within the week too so I'm very excited to have more selections to try 😏 This is my weekly brunch spot now, can't go past their peaceful outdoor seats and the great view they offer. Bring your dog along or bring your nan along. The whole family is welcome here.

Fantastic place for lunch. Very pet friendly with ample seating out on the front verandah. Quick service and friendly staff. Highly recommend the Fish & Chips and the Chicken Pesto Toastie 🤩

Nice place, friendly staff, support the locals and visit the cafe and old gippstown, walk in and experience the history, great for children as well.....all maintained by volunteer labour
