Cygnet Charters Sail Kerrawyn

We have just returned from a 3 day trip on the beautiful Kerrawyn. Dave and Anastasia are very experienced captains and fantastic hosts who showed us the ins and outs of sailing, kept us fed with healthy delicious home cooked food and made our time so memorable! We fished, helped to set sail, went walking on Bruny, snorkelled and enjoyed ourselves immensely. I highly recommend this trip - it has definitely been the highlight of our visit to Tasmania!!

Amazing experience, such great people with delicious homemade apple cake and great knowledge and love of the boats history. We had a great time on a morning cruise up the Huon river and saw a couple of sea eagles.

It's a real hidden gem of an activity and awesome to travel on a historic Tasmanian fishing vessel.

Sailing on Kerrawyn is a really special way to experience the Huon & surrounds. She is no ordinary boat & her captains are no ordinary captains. If you get the opportunity to go for a sail, don't hesitate!

We had a 3 day sail with Annastacia and Dave from Franklin down to the Western side of South Bruny Island. The food was excellent, even cooking fish that we caught. We sailed along the coast stopping in quiet bays for the night and exploring the beach’s and parts of the island on afternoon walks. We had a great time and our hosts were more than happy to fore fill anything we wanted to see and do.

Viewing the scenery from the water is very peaceful and watching the reflections pass by is gorgeous.
I had such a good time, it was nice to have a cuppa with some delicious morning tea and a chat with the lovely hosts.

We had our staff Christmas party on Kerrawyn and i would highly recommend it to both locals and tourists. All my staff raved about it afterwards. We were even served an amazing platter of beautiful food and wine! Booking was really simple through the website too! Thanks for the amazing experience!

I had an awesome day sailing in the Channel with David and Anastasia. The food was fabulous and I learnt heaps about the area. The highlight was seeing two Southern Right whales and lots of dolphins.

An active engaging crew and an enthusiastic Captain made for a wonderful day out on the water. It was capped off by the warm sun, smooth sea and delicious morning tea and lunch of lobster - couldn’t ask for more.

Amazing sail on the river - beautiful boat and yummy food. We had such a fun day with the kids and family from interstate- thanks Anastasia and Dave
