Experienced a plumbing leak....so I called 3 plummers who were really busy...so I called Braidwood Rural and they said they had the products to fix the situation. Within 2 minutes of entering the shop I was heading back to fix the problem. Quick, easy, perfect...Thanks guys for your great knowledge and for keeping the right parts...you don't get this good a service in the city!

Great staff. Let’s hope CRT can keep them. High turnover of staff specifically with hardware experience. Advertise open 6 days?? Well CRT needs to look at Saturdays hours. 0800 / 1230. Half day.
