Dropped in for some coffee while travelling and had a great experience. Met by some lovely, smiling faces, providing great service. The coffee tastes absolutely amazing! The food in the cabinet looks great too. There’s a nice atmosphere with plenty of space to sit and relax with a coffee or food. Definitely wish it was closer to home to drop in regularly!

Had a lovely toasted sourdough ham an cheese sandwich with a relish on the side.
Iced latte had been made with best coffee.
Pleasent outdoor seating....recommend if you are in Woodford or just passing through.

So good I took my dog there 30mins later for another mocha extra shot. 😋

Small group called in for a coffee. Outdoor Cafe with plenty of room. Staff were friendly and orders were quick. Coffee was excellent. First time at this Cafe and quite impressed. Plenty of parking for our bikes.

Recommended by a friend, this was a first visit for me. Although I had to wait a little while for my lunch order to be taken, I was quite happy to wait, the two ladies behind the counter were run off their feet with orders (a very encouraging sign) but were calm and apologetic. My Avo Toast was presented beautifully and delicious and was washed down with a smooth flat white coffee. Service with a smile and delicious food means 5*! Just a little feedback, perhaps place your menus in a more predominant position. Parking right outside and wheelchair friendly.

What a little gem we found out in Woodford. Coffee and service were next level. We highly recommend this cafe.

Great spot for a bite to eat. We had a work meeting here. I had a tropical acai bowl. It was packed with fresh fruit and was delicious. The sprinkle loaded cookie was also really good.

2. Consistency. ... The quality of the Coffee is excellent, proportion, grind, water and freshness a credit to the baristas and business owner.
3. Innovation. ... The menu has a really good selection of sweet & savoury selections but let’s not over complicate things if you do nothing else get down there and try their Gourmet Brisket Toastie it’s amazing.
4. Relationships. ... The Grind and Graze team maintain a high level of hospitality making every effort to know their regular customers by name and how they want their coffee.
5. The café always looks tidy and presentable making Grind and Graze a great spot for meetings.

The lovely ladies provided a gorgeous Flat White on Almond, & biscuit takeaway with great smiles and attitudes.
