Woodford Showgrounds

Attended the rodeo here this year and last year. Great set up, love the location, and easy to get in and out

We came here for the 2019 Jeep Jamboree and had a blast. The showgrounds were spacious for everyone camping and caravaning. They have a kitchen facility that our caterers could use.The showers and toilets were clean and tidy. We did unfortunately have a lot of rain, but the grounds held up and a good time was had by all. Luckily they had an indoor space for a dining hall and activity center so we had dry space despite the downpours.

A great camping area at very cheap rates for powered and unpowered sites within a stones throw of Woodford township. Plenty of flat areas to set up in with all the required amenities. Toilets and Shower facilities, as well as a dump point and fresh water. I found the caretaker staff were very helpful and pleasant. I had a great two night visit with some Folk Music friends. Please note that swag and tent camping are not allowed and the maximum stay length is 7 nights

Excellent little show. Great exhibits and the Wood Chop was good. The kids loved the Dinosaur, so did I. There were a few butchy pushy officials tho who jumped on us about witches hats. They weren't there when we were told to park there. Other than that it was a lovely day.

had a great day out with the kids , it’s a great town show with all sorts of displays and activities to do.

The price to get in was good and works for families. Parking was available and very easy.

I enjoyed staying hear, there were events like dog shows and even got to watch a game of footy, The caretakers were also nice.

I've been here a couple of times for different events, but I have not stayed. Only campers and caravans, no tents allowed. The amenities are old, but they work.

Woodford is a life changing experience!

Very good place with nice bath and toilette. Very good place to plan your stay.

Stayed there for 1 night, caretakers are excellent, the grounds and toilet and shower block very clean to a high standard & well priced

Came here for Jeep Jamboree. Really surprised by the facilities here. It was actually a really nice place to camp.

Great spot, plenty of room. Short walk to the main street. Showers, toilets powered and unpowered sites available

Stopped here for a coffee break, let the dogs out to stretch their legs and use the RV dump point. Lovely showgrounds, good spot for overnight camp.

We spent 6 nights here over Christmas for the cost of 1 night on the coast.....
Thankfully we were allowed to use our swag!
Unsure why so many places are against this?? Thankfully not here.
Mick and Bec, and Mrs vice president (apologies didn't get your name) were most helpful in answering our questions about the surrounding area.
Found it most peaceful and quiet for the time we were there, clean tidy amenities....coded doors on the toilets a good idea.
Masses of space out there too.
You're never on top of the other campers.

Had the showon that weekend and we seen the horse jumping, as the show was setting up!!! The horse jumping was well organised as well as the cattle cutting.

Great place for an overnighter or longer. Nice level grassed areas for caravans with power or without. Very clean showers and toilets. Thank you Woodford Showgrounds

Great catch-up weekend with great friends. Plenty of room and not too far from town. Unfortunately we couldn't have a fire due to irresponsible people but we managed to keep warm with heaters instead. Not quite the same though. Hopefully next time

Terrific spot from the clean and safe grounds to the great showers and spotless amenities. All amongst the tranquil ambience of wonderful Woodford.

Easy camping location just outside of Woodford. Plenty of space, mostly flat and grassy. Toilets are clean and well maintained. We found that the power points and water points are not always together so worth checking you have sufficient extension lead and hose to reach both before setting up.
