Peninsula Family Medical Practice

Peninsula Family Medical are attentive, compassionate, flexible, polite and welcoming. They are a genuine practice who have been nothing but professional and kind to our family. They are always helpful with appointments when our children are unwell and we are happy to call them our clinic. Do not hesitate to recommend them and the doctors that are now at the practice. The receptionists are always friendly and are lovely ladies.

I have been a patient here for a few years. I usually see Dr Rheem who has always been a caring and helpful doctor. I have seen Dr Vikas who was also good as are the nurses. I have never been treated rudely by any of the reception staff who have always been helpful and friendly.

Great practice, Drs, Nurse and centre staff have all been very helpful, amongst the best treatment I’ve had over the years.

I have been to Peninsula Medical Centre and have seen Dr Emmanuel Nnoppu along with other doctors there.
Dr Nnoppu is a caring doctor with good knowledge and very insightful.
His advice has been on my medical issues spot on.
The reception staff are lovely.

Absolute 5 star service. Visiting local area and needed medical assistance. Not only did they get me in on the day, the following day I received a follow up phone call to see how I was doing. Above and beyond. Thanks to the Doctor and staff at Peninsula Family Medical Ocean Grove👍

Great practice. I have always been impressed with Dr Reem especially, she is a fantastic doctor, she is always so helpful and has a lovely caring approach.The reception staff are fantastic too, they seem happy, and are always helpful. All round this is a really nice practice.

Complete waste of time, the fact that someone PAYS these doctors to perform as horribly as they do is baffling.

After having my appointment delayed, I was met with an astonishingly incompetent GP. Looking for mental help, I could not get a reccomendation or a single bit of helpful information on the matter. I was met with a confused look when I brought up the subject of mental health, and told to leave and come back with a name, so he could write a referral. No reccomendations for local psychiatrists, no insight into my condition. When I asked for some assistance in where to start looking, my doctor shrugged his shoulders, and said wait times are very long right now, implying that it is not worth the time to even look into it.

It is highly concerning that our communitys health lies on the shoulders of incompetent GPs like this.

The receptionist was very rude, I will not be going back to this practice again.

If I could give it no stars I would! Walked into the clinic with chemical burns to my eye in excruciating pain and treated like rubbish. Doctor had no manners and sounded like they pulled some random person off the street to fill in for the day. Wrong procedure was done and was rushed out. Still walked out like captain hook (minus the hook) holding my eye. Went to another clinic and got it all sorted out. I wouldn't even take my neighbour's goldfish there. If you wanna still live do yourself a favor and go elsewhere!!!

Without doubt the worst doctors clinic I've been to. Rude staff and doctors. Didn't even examine my issue and I asked if she even looked at my injury she said she was looking but was 2 metres away and said if I wasn't happy I could go somewhere else. Gave me a script without explanation and said goodbye.

Treated like a drug addict even know I am missing half my leg, They don't read your history and treat you like a number.
Receptionist needs people skills.
Doctors only care about money not the paitents.
Also the doctors don't speak English very well and struggle to understand.
