Cheeky Cow

Great spot for a bit to eat & right opposite the beach. Menu is good, try the mad cow burger. All day breakfast and coffee smells great.

I loved their coffee. Got a strong soy latte and it was very smooth ☕

I got the chips and chicken shnitzel wrap. It was absolutely the most unexpectedly great meal, so tasty. Hot chocolate was great too.

Not sure why this place is rated 4.1, but give it a go. I'm glad we did.

We decided to come here today to try somewhere new to us. The staff were very friendly and accomodating. Coffee was great, we had the stronger blend coffee and the defac, both were great. Milkshake was a hit also. We ordered the crepes, pancakes, smashed avocado and the big breaky. All of us were very happy with the meals we received. Will definitely be back again.

Been here before but noticed some bad reviews and tried again anyway. It was excellent! Food (smashed avocado with poached eggs and goats cheese) was very good and the Italian coffee gorgeous. The estimate of a 5-10 minute wait for the food to take away was spot on too. Staff were efficient and friendly. Ignore the bad reviews - it's still great!

The "Cheeky Cow" is a lovely warm and welcoming Cafe. They have outside seating where your dogos can sit with you. They even have a full water bowl for your fur baby.
Outside dinning is extremely peaceful with the soothing sounds of the surf breaking beyond the scenic forshore.
Inside has a lovely peaceful and interesting ambience to it. It's been set up beautifully. Overall both inside and outside is perfect for families, a quiet coffee on your own or with a friend or friends.
They make an awesome Expresso yet very cheap. $4.50 for a large mug. Now that's cheap.
There food is hand made with clearly fresh quality local produce and put together by a very good chef. The food is absolutely beautiful and very reasonably priced indeed.
The staff are just fantastic. They're friendly, welcoming and very helpful. Clearly they are well trained in customer service, food preparation and handling and have great characters. So good to see.
Parking is no issue at all for getting very close to the Cafe. It has wheelchair parking&entrance.
I gave the Cheeky Cow 5 stars for a very good reason. I highly recommend the Ceeky Cow.Give it a go if your in the area. You won't regret it.

The muffin I had was surprisingly amazing. Looks good, but tastes great! Shame I shared it with the other half! Good job guys. Pleasant smiles and eye contact from staff. Felt like home.

This quaint little cafe is exactly what you'd expect from a beach side venue, except no kitchy beach Decor!
The staff were all lovely and made us feel welcome and right at home. I managed to spill my whole large coffee almost instantly when the gent brought it to the table, and he sorted it out toot sweet (without causing me further embarrassment I'd already caused myself). Asked the barista to remake it for me, and then came back with a towel and cloth to clean up the mess. Drinks were good quality (we ordered a large flat white, large mocha with 2 sugars, and take away banana smoothie), decor is simple and sweet with some classic kids jokes about cows written in the walls, and the staff were all just lovely. We will definitely be back again!

I keep coming back for the quality coffee and good selection of freshly cooked muffins, slices and biscuits...yum. The sound of the sea, the immediate environment of the sand dunes and trees, the quiet road and happy beach patrons, the dog "very friendly" tethering options and with drinking bowls aplenty all make for a great place to relax by myself or better with family and friends! I must also finish mentioning the friendly relaxed and skilled staff. Thanks and best wishes for the success of your business.

We really enjoyed our lunch at The Cheeky Cow today. It has a laid back and relaxing environment, whilst also being family friendly with room for the pram, kids menu options and a few toys in the corner. My husband had the cheeseburger, which he said was very good and I had the Thai chicken burger, which was absolutely faultless. My daughter had a toasted cheese sandwich and ate the whole thing - a win in our books! We would definitely return again and I'd like to try the fried chicken burger that was unfortunately unavailable.

Can rock up there anytime during the day for a fantastic, filling, very well presented meal at a great price. Owners and environment assist the ability to sit back and catch up with friends, read the paper or just have that quiet space to yourself. Warmer days allows you to sit outside or to grab a coffee and cake after a beach walk.

With all their different dietary requirements, it is a rare occasion when our family of ten can enjoy a meal together at the same cafe, however that's what we did at the Cheeky Cow this morning for breakfast. A welcoming environment, yummy food, generous servings, prompt service and most importantly great coffee! The Cheeky Cow will become a regular part of our holidays to Ocean Grove.

We tried Cheeky Cow on our way through to start the Great Ocean Road and so glad we did. Excellent coffee. Friendly service and a good tip on where to drink it looking at the water. So good!

Stopped by for Breakfast, had an iced mocha & ham & cheese toastie. Got a choc milkshake for the little one, which was huge! Had to help finish it off.
Food was good, staff are extremely friendly.

Their new Chef is an amazing addition to the awesome team. He takes this gem to an even higher level. Try his Salmon and Chat potatoes. You could be anywhere in a 5 star restaurant and give top marks..
