This store doesn't even deserve one star. Owner is so rude and not warming at all. She needs to complete a course in customer service. Unless you are a size 6 don't bother entering, just because she has a store that caters for a younger generation she believes her store is the best in Echuca. Definitely would not return!!!!!

I was quite happy getting served by the young staff until the mature aged staff member came over to make a comment regarding the shrinkage of the material. I did purchase a larger size for this reason. Don't need to be rude. If she served me I would of been out the door.

The owner is completely rude. Be sure if you're not a size 6 she will indirectly or directly call you fat. Please dont buy from her. Women should support women. She is horrible.

After going into Girlstar today, The owner was so rude to my daughter. We went in to browse at possible outfits for my daughters 21st. ( my daughter has a 2 month old baby & still has some baby weight which is normal) Straight away My daughter felt uncomfortable with the way she was made to feel about being bigger, by certain remarks made by owner. Then offered to dress my daughter. When my daughter replied, thanks but im just looking today but ill come back when its closer to my 21st, The owner replied" I couldn't care if you don't come back" I couldnt believe it. So damn rude. You've lost our business & all our familys & friends.. Nothing but a rude B-tch...
