What an amazing service they provide
I wont go to any other chemist.
They care and make you feel great even if your a bit off

Terrible service, no one was smiling, stood at the counter while a blonde lady was on the phone and was not acknowledged at all once she came off - she just walked away. After 2-3 minutes I ended up getting the attention of a dispense tech round the back of the pharmacy who helped out.

I understand when you're short staffed due to COVID (and there were signs to say as such), but does it hurt to smile or at least acknowledge your customers? The atmosphere and interactions with staff made me never want to go there again.
