It’s hard to find an excellent hair dresser that you genuinely connect with and appreciate… today I did! I showed bec a photo of my desired look; with enthusiasm she worked her magic and made it happen, whilst also taking care to ensure my complete customer satisfaction. I noted the pressure bec was under, phones ringing, changing of appointments, clients walking in and doing my foils!! She juggled it like a boss. I had a half head of foils to lift my previous balayage; to the tone I requested and a very neat fresh cut. LOVE LOVE LOVE! Bec you’re amazing at what you do. I can’t thank you enough, I’ll definitely be back 🙂

Thank you so much to the hair stylist who did my hair today! I’m so happy with it and I’ll definitely be coming back to colour my hair! Honestly cant recommend enough! And in the future hopefully some piercings too!

I'm not sure why people are attacking this place.
I've recieved two haircuts from Ellazara's now and both have been brilliant and timely. I will continue to go to Ellazara's as they're (in my opinion) the best hair dressers in Seymour.

(I've actually been the one to let them down by not showing up for an appointment once.)

From the moment I walked in it was amazing , Amy was such a gem and so funny, truly a star , I had my eye lashes done the day before and there also amazing , it is litually a one stop salon ,

This place is PATHETIC and cant take simple criticism.

Walked in the other day and asked for a trim. Lady was nice but should not be trusted with scissors, because tell me why I walked in with hair up to my waist and out with hair above my shoulders.

So, for a brief of my experience;
Came in and sat down. When I told the hairdresser I just wanted a trim she was very clear that's what I'd be getting.
Um, obviously not.
The second she started cutting I swear my soul left my body. It felt like she had basically just shaved the back of my head. I hesitantly asked her, "How much did you cut off?"
"Oh, just a little more than you asked."
"What?!" I shout back, "Girl, how much did you cut?"

Turns out this lady does not know what the word 'trim' means and obviously needs a dictionary. My session ends with me with the choppiest BOB CUT I've ever seen in my life.
I'm in hysterics. As someone who's grown up extremely self conscious my hair is very special to me. So when this lady absolutely strips me from my only sense of beauty I am absolutely stunned. Especially after her being oh so clear at the start that "she'll take off an inch at most".

When I told her that this wasn't what I asked for, she kept on getting extremely defensive and saying childish things like, "but it suits your face."

Listen here, Amy. I don't care if you think it suits my face. It's my god damn hair, my god damn money, so I get the say what goes and what doesn't. You can give me recommendations but to just bluntly chop off half my hair is pathetic.

And don't you DARE reply to this like you've replied to the other victims of this horrible place. If you even hesitate to reply to this with, "I'm sorry, I don't think we've met before. 😊" I will happily send you my receipt. You better act like an actual grown up and give me a good explanation why you still made me pay full price for the ugliest haircut I've seen in my life.

Red flags immediately, from the second I walked in.
The hairdressers are both very inexperienced and are very slow. I asked for a trim and it took about an hour.

Not to mention how bad the whole experience together was. I have short hair, it's sort of like a grown out mullet if that makes sense, and all I wanted trimmed was my bangs. My reference photo was literally a casual picture of me from a few months ago, which made me think it would be an easy cut. No crazy styling, no different hair texture, it was just me. And somehow she still managed to mess it up.

The hairdresser was insanely unclear with instructions and didn't listen to what I had to say. She didn't confirm what length she'd cut my bangs at, and just went with it.
For a sense of where I'm at now, one side of my bangs are curtain bangs, and the other side is a fringe. They are extremely uneven, and it is horrible. As a matter of fact, my whole hair is uneven. It is choppy, disorganised and NOTHING like the reference photo.
And when she realised she messed up she blamed it on how ''she had hair dried my hair wrong'' and didn't even put an attempt into fixing it. (by the way, when they dry your hair it literally feels like they're burning your skull.)

Yeah, and I should also mention how it didn't feel like she was cutting my hair, but literally ripping it out with scissors.

The experience just kept on getting worse as soon as you kept going. I'm sure these ladies are lovely and have their specialties, but for whatever reason, trimming a simple haircut is not one of them.

Absolute rubbish of a place. They also charge bad prices stuffed my hair up had to buzz it all off at home not fair at all would never recommend to go here ever staff are under paid over worked I also know the boss has no idea what she’s doing
