I was in a desperate state and in tears because another local hairdresser cancelled my appointment without warning.

It was a very important day for me and I had organised my appointment many weeks earlier.

I called Allure and spoke to Andrea. She was kind enough to squeeze me in and do my hair.

She was very understanding and did a beautiful job. I don't know how I could ever truly thank her.

Thanks to her the rest of my day was fantastic and I looked fabulous. I will be forever grateful.
