The Harvest Door Cafe & Larder Kilmore

This is my favourite cafe in the whole wide world!
The staff are beautiful, kind & caring and the food is delicious beyond words, don’t even get me started on the BEST coffee I’ve ever had <3
The smashed avo will always be my go to! Delicious avocado mash on spinach with balsamic dressing maybe some mushies added to the side if I’m feeling cheeky!
This cafe has the warmest and most comfortable atmosphere I have experienced in my life.

We’ve been before and thought we’d have lunch here again, bringing a couple more with us. Had a wonderful time, nice and warm inside with a lovely atmosphere. Staff were extremely friendly to us and other customers and were great interacting with children. We were attended to very swiftly and given wonderfully brewed coffee and milkshake. The food was delicious and all came out at the same time so our group could enjoy our meal together. Definitely will be back! 10/10 would recommend.

The top cafe in Kilmore at the moment! They do all day breakfast, extra butters on the table all day (don’t have to ask), indoor and outdoor seating and staff are always happy and friendly, has it all. Yes coffee is excellent, I wouldn’t even bother writing a review if the coffee was off. We are locals and seen many cafes come and go. These guys are becoming more and more popular. I highly recommend it!!! Of course the real test is, do they have real cream with their scones, will keep you posted.

A small Cafe with massive heart. This Cafe opened during the roller coaster of lock down and is coming along really well.

Wonderful staff. The heart of the Cafe is the people you meet and how welcome you feel. I’m always greeted with a smile and experienced excellent service.

Coffee and food is a personal taste. I’ve attached photographs of the food for those interested in appearance and to best gauge portion size. I keep coming back to try a new dish.

If you’re intending to come with a group I suggest you ring to book a table. A quick look at the Google map will show that there is a park nearby for kids to run. I suggest using the nearby crossing. There are toilets. Seating is both inside and out. The out door seating does look out over the road.

Great coffee ( ristretto) first time she had made it, really nice helpful staff. The fire was on and it was warm, the cake was to die for worth the trip I will try the brunch when I am not on work time

My friend and I dined in over the weekend and we just wanted to share our awesome experience! Not only were the staff extremely friendly and welcoming, the food was top notch aswell! Will definitely be back soon, keep up the great work guys!

Lovely and cute cafe, delicious breakfast and amazing coffee, returned two days later again for a yummy coffee when leaving from our getaway and they remembered me and my partners coffee orders which felt nice. Deffenitly should go there if nearby.

Nice and friendly staff. Great seating inside and outside on the street level Piazza. Perfect. Coffee is good. Exceptional homemade cakes and muffins. Lots of vegetarian and dairy, egg free foods. An excellent selection of plated salad meals ready to go. Perfect place for Brunch.

Such an amazing experience. Just finished up a brunch with my partner and have never had such a pleasant experience at a cafe. Hospitality was incredible- the staff were so friendly and had such an awesome personality. Felt so comfortable and welcome. The food was outstanding, their sausage rolls are made in house with a GF pastry that was so delicious and their breakfast burger was such a great blend of flavours- many compliments to the chef. My partner and I are from out of town but we’re going to make sure to come back every opportunity we get :)

Just discovered the Harvest Door Cafe this morning, and very glad I did. The food was excellent and well priced and service was second to none. I highly recommend.

Service was great, our meal(breakfast) was delicous and coffee perfect. Lovely and warm in the Cafe, background music with staff singing was nice to listen to.

We experienced genuine kindness and customer service today in our very brief stop in Kilmore today; driving through to Gippsland before the predicted flooding.

Wanting a quick lunch and break for our 5 month old, we went to multiple cafes and pubs finding them all closed due to imminent floods only to come across the Harvest Door Cafe which was being closed up also by the lovely owner.
However, she so very kindly offered us coffee and toasties, allowed me to sit in the cafe to feed my daughter and opened up their toilets for us to use. Also opening up a side gate so we could get the baby back in the car as dry as possible. All of this with a lovely smile and warmth, when I'm sure she just wanted to get home with her own children. It was so so appreciated and left us with such a warm fuzzy feeling that there are kind decent people

Fantastic food! The chef was happy to change items on the menu to make them vegan for me too! So many great options
