I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with this Business and the customer support provided. After encountering issues, I reached out for assistance but received no callbacks for weeks. Frustrated, I had to physically return the item to the store, where the manager refused to address the problem directly and made a staff handle my complaint. Weak!

To make matters worse, the manufacturer took an entire week to return my calls and, instead of resolving the issue, simply referred me back to the store. This lack of accountability and customer care is unacceptable, especially from a small private store ( a sector I prioritise over the big players).

Based on this experience, I wouldn't recommend shopping here to anyone. The absence of effective support and the unwillingness of both store management and the manufacturer to address customer concerns have left me thoroughly dissatisfied. Consider this a warning before making any purchases from this establishment.
