Jennifer and Teisha at Pillow Talk Bundaberg were so helpful in putting together our new bedroom and some plants to go in our new home.We are very greatfull for their professional service and we love our new home because of it. Much appreciated and very recommended 👌

The ladies in Bundaberg are always lovely to deal with and the shop always looks amazing. I especially like Helen's phone manner. Very efficient and friendly to deal with. Nothing is a bother for any of the lovely ladies who work there. Thanks for another excellent experience.

Jennifer was very helpful in helping me select pillowcases and cushions to decorate my coverlet. She also specially ordered in a pillow case which wasn't available at her store in Bundaberg. Great store with great staff. The only trouble is I want to keep going back.

I went into the Bundaberg store a few weeks ago just to grab some towels and cushions .. After a couple of quilt cover sets and towels and hand towels and cushions later I left the store very happy and satisfied.. a special thanks to Deborah for making this experience the best one yet … so helpful so patient and the best customer service I have ever experienced… thank you so much Deb .. I went into Pillow Talk as I knew they had a sale on. I was served by the most lovely lady, Deb & she helped me choose the accessories to go with a new doner cover. Couldn’t wait to get it home and put it all together. So happy with my purchase & can’t stop looking at my bedroom now.

My name is Jenny Warner we had an excellent experience with one of your staff called Deb @ your Pillow Talk store in Bundaberg we were looking for fitted bed valances for q/size & king single . We were approached by Deb who was very friendly , her knowledge was outstanding , her customer service is also worth mentioning nothing was a trouble to this lady which needs to be recognized by pillow talk she could not help us but directed us to Target as you pillow no longer stock them which is disappointing we went to Target & purchased the fitted. Valances my partner & I were very impressed with the service that she gave us & hopefully Deb will be recognized for her outstanding service I used to work in retail my self @ Dj/sG/city I used to give outstanding service & John & would Deb to compensated in some way as customer service these day is hard to come by so once again a big thank you to Deb& we will endeavour to come back to pillow talk Bundaberg when we need more linen etc. We have a holiday unit @ Bagara & we bought chairs pads there on Wed but Deb was not on but another lovely lady I think maybe she was the manager & she gave me all the info our to acknowledge Deb ‘s friendly approach , her smile & knowledge & we thought Deb could not help us but she knew where we could purchases our valances Hopefully her customer service will be rewarded, she Deb is a worthy staff member to Pillow Talk Bundaberg kindest Regards Jenny & John Hillier

Popped in to the Bundaberg store to try and purchase 2 diffuser’s that we couldn’t get on line and staff member Jackie was wonderful. She’s arranged for them to come from the warehouse and will advise us when they arrive, keep up the good work Jackie.

With the Black Friday sales, Pillowtalk had sold out of what I was after and I couldn't order online as the warehouse was also out of stock. Sharon at the Bundaberg store gave me a card with a phone number for their 'Comfort Concierge' service, which before this, I had no idea they had. The girl I spoke to (Claire) was lovely and extremely helpful, and within no time she had tracked down what I was after and had it posted to my address. Yaaaay! :)

I had gone there just to grab some hand towels, but ended up finding the exact cushions I had been looking for. And on top of that, I was also blown away by some of the wooden carved wall art on display. Teisha was so friendly and helpful, and made sure she gave me all the info I was after. Pillow Talk Bundaberg never disappoints.

My mother and I shopped at Pillowtalk bundaberg and had an excellent shopping experience. We were served by Sharon who went well above with outstanding customer service. We were unsure of colour matching and Sharon did a layout with a variety of options which helped so much. Sharons help was so appreciated as she definitely new interior design.

The ladies are always so friendly and helpful, especially Sharon and Jennifer who helped me the last time. The store looked fabulous and the service was exceptional! Keep up the good work!
