Alexandra Park Zoo

Great to check out. A small zoo but still great for kids. The zoo is organised and neat.

Love the zoo it has such a unique place plus it being free provides a great spot to bring the kids foe lunch partnered with the park nextdoor

A wonderful small little zoo, free to the public. Zoo has a variety of birds, reptiles, emu, kangaroos, dingos and a few others. Very nice staff , worth a visit. Zoo is set in a very nice park by the river.

Beautiful little Zoo enough to keep the kids entertained for awhile before heading over to the park. The park is clean and has basins and soap to wash hands before eating a picnic. Toilets were clean and there is a drink fountain to refill bottles or drink from directly.

Beautiful little zoo. It is free, clean, and well put together. I got the chance to pet one of their dingo rescues that they happened to have out for a walk. Found a couple critters here that we didn't see anywhere else. It is in a great location attached to the park right on the river. Definitely worth checking out.

Outside the zoo, in the parkland, there is plenty of space. Away from busy main road but still close to CBD. Newish covered tables and seating for a crowd of over 20. Play ground equipment for little kids. Bins and water. Zoo nearby. Not able to be reserved but bookings taken at Council for open air weddings, etc. Well maintained.

This is a small zoo but very clean and friendly staff. Worth waiting for when they walk the Dingoes around the park as we were able to have a pat. There is a beautiful big playground just outside the zoo with picnic tables and toilets. Access friendly and the kids loved it. Great place to take a picnic and the zoo is free entry.

This is my favourite park in Bundy has it all ,park for all ages, the free zoo with there great staff , BBQ,walk ways you can even fish because it's on the river and the walk ways go down to the river.

This is a beautiful park one street back from main road in Bundaberg. Magnificent big shady trees, the biggest undercover picnic area I have seen, great playground for all ages, heaps of walking paths but the best thing is the little Zoo within which has free entry. Whilst small, has a good array of animals, birds etc

Great spot along the river and it's free!! Monitor, dingoes, emu, spotted quoll, snakes, frogs and even some little monkeys. Well presented and cared for, a great board walk down to the river.

beautiful zoo and free. amazing effort by the local council and staff. Playground next to the zoo makes brining kids to the venue all that better. 100% recommend!

So much better conditions for the animals than when I used to visit as a kid. Loved the monkeys and dingoes. The staff love their jobs and animals. Keep up the great work guys

Very nice place. There is a park there for the kids, and many shade areas to rest, tables and chairs to use if you have food, you can eat there. Free entry.

This place is awesome... my granddaughter 8yo, loved the little zoo , play ground n river walk. A must visit . We will be back.. very clean place. Large playground , plenty of seats n gas BBQ & QR CHECK-IN FOR ZOO.

Awesome place! The entry is free and they have so many cool animals. A lot of the animals are friendly and will come to the front of the cage for some attention. The emus were super friendly too 🤪 make sure you visit the monkeys! Theyre so small and fun 🤩

What a beautiful well kept park and zoo!! Im glad I stumbled across the place & enjoyed coming here. It’s small but it’s lovely 💙
