I’m a regular here and love the atmosphere…the staff are so friendly and welcoming and know me each time I turn up for my scripts, specially Yolanda and Barbara👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻best customer service, know their stuff, caring and kind. Thank u ladies! Awesome team 🤜🏻🤛🏻

I've been going there for many years and now, the staff are friendly and helpful and try keeping me to date with all my prescriptions, it does get busy since the medical centre is next-door. Lots of parking and in the shopping area so can get there by bus or train, very convenient,

**2023 update** due to my ongoing chronic health matters, IMC Pharmacy have gone above and beyond in Customer Service to ensure that I received my medication whilst being unable to personally collect. They ensured that they always had my scripts in stock and arranged for me to get the dispensed scripts when needed, during my difficult downtime over the past 9 and a half weeks. All the staff, Pharmacists, Assistants and Sales staff, all know me and all were amazing in making sure my requests were handled, so I didn’t run out of critical meds for my health condition. Thank you to all staff there, in particular, Erum, Peter, Karina, Yolanda, Barbara, Vanessa and Hannah (apologies to anyone I missed).
I know, no matter what day or time I go there or ring via phone, the staff are always ready and happy to help with my scripts and/or questions. I live in Campbelltown, but happily travel to use this Pharmacy, as it’s also connected to my local Doctors Centre.
Once again, thank you for your help over the past 9 and a half weeks while I was unable to attend the Pharmacy in person due to my health problem.
Oh, and I was recently forced to get one script made up at a large franchise chain who claims to have the nations cheapest scripts , without actually naming them (picture catchy jingle and lots of TV adverts and always claiming best prices on scripts), Like the Bunnings of the Chemist industry if you get my drift. I urgently needed a repeat on a script that IMC Pharmacy would do with my concession card for $7.30. Thinking this big chain would match or better it, I was surprised to see that it actually cost $7.99, and I was told that was their lowest concession price on all PBS Safety Net Card scripts, and couldn’t beat that. The only reason I went to them was it was late, and close to home. Considering they spend more on the perfume display section of the shop than having Pharmacy dispensing staff on (over an hour wait, due to one Pharmacist on duty), I’m not surprised they false advertise on the “Cheapest scripts” arena as well. But back to the main topic, if you want great variety, prices , knowledge and friendly service from ALL staff at a Pharmacy, the Ingleburn Medical Centre Pharmacy is number 1 on all fronts. I’ve been a customer for over 5 years, the staff are always pleasant, very helpful and very knowledgeable. I love the convenience of leaving a script on file and calling when needed. Great team of people and Yolanda is always there smiling like she cares.

I have patronised this pharmacy since it's opening and have always been happy with the service provided. The staff are always polite, friendly and extremely helpful. Special mention to Yolanda who provides that personal touch making everything that little bit brighter.

No questions are left unanswered and instructions on medication usage are clearly explained. Pharmacy is always clean and well stocked.

I am surprised to see this some bad reviews here. I have been their loyal customer for 15 years and I don't have complaints. On the contrary, I am happy with the service and professional advice me and my family have received all these years. I have to specially mention the excellent work Yolanda provides. She patiently takes care of my mother, who doesn't speak English, when she goes alone to buy her regular medications. Thank you all.

Just let yours all knows my experience at the Ingleburn Pharmacy as customers, i been as a customer for Ingleburn Pharmacy over 25 years i never ever had any problem of it. The staff are fantastic more helpful even though about few minutes wait that's not make me problem i love to wait without no complain. Especially one of the staff working in the Pharmacy. over 50 of my familys and friends like her so much including myself, she is the best humble and grateful helpful 100% services to the customers in Ingleburn Pharmacy. I just want to mention the young lady Layal, she is such an asset to the pharmacy. She always greets me and my daughter by name each time we get scripts with a lovely smile. She definitely stands out.

Extremely grateful to the pharmacist and Jenny. They went above and beyond to help me. I’m from interstate and stranded without my medication they went out of their way to receive and fill my script and then to personally deliver it to me late at night. Feeling better with your kindness.

I have been going to this pharmacy for over a decade and the staff all know me and my family. They are very caring and helpful and always help me to get what I need. I highly recommend it, I wouldn’t take my business anywhere else.

Lovely, friendly staff at this pharmacy. Know all the long-standing customers by name. Have a great range and will go out of their way to source something for you if they don’t currently stock it.

Best medical pharmacy ever - Yolanda and Peter organised an urgent Covid 19 travel certificate within an hour and also went an extra mile to scan and email me a soft copy.

I have been a customer with Ingleburn Medical Centre Pharmacy for several years. Always had good customer service provided especially by Yolanda who is friendly and courteous. All the pharmacy staff are friendly and helpful too.

Had to visit for specific pathology test. Located in a very right place with two way entry and exit. Pathology staff was great and resolved issue promptly.

Interesting thing is despite there are alerts for COVID, you still have to pick card for your place! I have no idea why they have card system for queuing, not computer entry to avoid transmission from those cards.

Best customer service lead by Yolanda, been going there for year's and they always have my script's ready on time and any questions answered.

I have had very good experiences with the pharmacy always helpfully..Pharmacist Peter Mai has always been helpful & above what is required to meet my medical needs & support..
