I have been coming here for the last 2 years, the machines are always clean and in good condition. I'm very happy with the facilities.

Fantastic facility, clean and tidy, modern machines well maintained highly recommended. 5 stars all the way.

I often clean my clothes in this laundry because it is the nearest laundry to my home but I have to say that it is not the cleaners laundry and their needs to be some improvement done to this place. Usually the laundry opens at 7 a.m. and closes at 10 p.m. The doors are automatic and you have to make sure that you enter at the right time and leave at the right time.

Most of the machines seemed to work (including the ones I used) there were clear out of order labels on around half? I'd say of the machines. Seemed clean, machines were fairly quick. Price a little steep though. $7 for a wash, most places I've been to are 5 or 6, not a huge deal but it adds up

Not so clean place with a lot of machines out of order. Many facility provided were out of order including coin exchange. Overall not so great experience in deed. A lot of things to be improved.

It's ok has gotten a lot better few more newer dryers and machines and is a lot cleaner lately

I came in fed the change machine $10 and received nothing in return.

There is no phone to contact you on and it's very difficult to find email details in the store.

I then used the machines using my card.
Around $15 - $17.

It took you multiple days for you to respond and instead of issuing a refund like an honest business would, you chose to send me a voucher which expires in 30 days for my money.

I then emailed twice for a refund which you ignored.

I then found an excuse to come in and your machine was out of order but charged me anyway.

So then I used another $14 - $17 worth out of pocket.

So now I am back to square 1 with a voucher to use.

Is this how you retain your customers?

Your running an unethical business.

Went there yesterday, loaded clothes in a washer (#8) and paid online however washer didn’t start. There is no contact number to call for support. Sent an email and then a follow up but no response. Had to move clothes to another washer after another attempt and wasting more money. Total rip offs with zero support, would never go there again although this is the nearest

Abhorrent staff - I called to advise their dryer was broken and a piece of metal that was sticking out had destroyed my clothes. No apology, just "Oh that's out of order". Could barely hear her on the phone, so when I tried to explain a better way to stop others ending up with the same issue, she said "you're talking all over me, are you going to let me speak? Email me this issue", then hung up without giving an email... called back and doesn't answer.
Don't use, honestly worst customer service. Be kind and maybe empathise and apologise for what happened for a start.

Absolutely rip off's and total waste of Money. Out of 9 Machines only 3 working without any signs ( Out of Order ) People Usualy comes and put into machines hoping its working but it isn't.
Phone number given on the Premises not working also upon contacting management thorough thier facebook page a Ridiculous Reply came back stating that They were here a day before and All machines were working. Such a rude behavior
