Amazing experience! Perfect service from Tsungi one of Kitty k’s assistants. Went in not really knowing what I wanted and left with exactly what I needed, fitting was effortless and comfortable, would definitely recommend. Bought the Chantelle bra Pure Light UW Bra - Golden Beige, about two months ago, it’s stretched a bit but still held shape and very comfortable with good support.

I've only visited Kitty K a couple of times, but each time i've been blown away by the service and gorgeous interior. There's something so special about shopping at a beautifully run, independent store. Shopping can be a real joy if the vibe is right!

I cannot fault the customer service at KittyK Lingerie. I placed an order online and made a mistake with the sizing. The team at KittyK really went above and beyond to fix what was my error. The team have been so helpful in answering all of my questions even going so far as to text me pictures of a style i enquired about. 100% recommend KittyK.

Katherine the owner of this beautiful lingerie shop gives amazing service, I've been going to her for gorgeous lingerie for years. Also I had an issue with only one piece in all this time and Katherine exchanged it for another product leaving me a happy customer.
