Just bought a car from Wangaratta Motor Group Toyota Damien, Darren and John were so helpful. Especially Damien for his patience, understanding and guidance. I cannot recommend these three people enough they made my experience wonderful thank you so much could not have done this without Damien

John was really amazing, I can't recommend him highly enough. He helped me with my deceased friends car and im all the way in perth WA. He was the easiest part of the estate process for me. He was always really responsive and didn't stuff around at all. Can't say the same for the other dealers in the area 😆

Honestly could not fault the guys at Wangaratta Motor Groupon the used car department. From the minute we walked in to the minute we drove out we were treated with the upmost respect and kindness. They all made buying our car a relaxing and not stressful at all. Nothing was a hassle.

Last weekend we needed to upgrade to a bigger & safer car for the newest addition to our little family. We were taken such good care of here. The sales professional, Damien, was just so knowledgeable and guided us through all the way. We were also helped by Cyn, she was very supportive & helped us find the right window tint (to protect our little one from the sun) and interior treatment, to protect our car from the little one's spills! Overall a nice smooth experience, and we are very happy with our new family car.

We had the easiest and most effortless experience buying a second hand car from Wangaratta motor group. We just popped in one afternoon, saw a beautifully presented car, Shaun and John were just so helpful and easy to talk to. We were given a fair trade in price on our car and we felt the change over price was good too. Shaun delivered the car to us in Bright, two days later. He went through the car with us to make sure we knew how to work things, then he drove our old car back. This is how it should be; no stress, doing honest, fair deals with honest, fair people. Bought a used Jeep from Scott and Financed with Darren.
Scott worked over the Easter public holidays, and Darren supplied finance in super fast time. All communication was very professional, and I felt a great security in the care of explaining every step. Scott and Darren are a credit to Wangaratta Motor Group.
On arrival I was greeted by John the used car sales manager, and he was welcoming and knew all about who I was and who I needed to see.

I recently purchased a new Subaru Forester from the Wangaratta Motor Group, and I would have to say they exceeded all my expectations. From the initial enquiry, negotiations on trade in price, through to the new vehicle delivery, the staff were exceptional. I travelled some distance in order to make this purchase because of many factors, delivery, price, trade in price and most importantly, their service. Honest and just good old fashioned customer service. I have purchased quite a few new vehicles in my time, and I would have to say Wangaratta Motor Group left the rest for dead. I won’t be going anywhere else to buy a new vehicle again other than here. Awesome job guys, very happy customer. Special thanks to Grahame and Josh.

Like most lately I had hit a pothole at speed and damaged a rim and tyre beyond repair. Being so far from home I managed to get some distance from the space saved before it too suffered.
After ringing multiple dealerships, none wanted to help. “We have no stock sorry”.
I arranged a tow to Wangaratta Hyundai who at least said they would see what they could do. After a quick inspection and chat they asked me to leave it with them and they’ll try and sort something out.
A few hours later they called to say my car is right to go. They sourced from their odds and ends some rims to fit and get me back on the road. They went above and beyond to get my car back on the road the same day.
More than I can say for some other dealers.
Effort definitely needs to be recognised. Thank you.

I am absolutely delighted with every one of the people at Wang Motors I dealt with. Nothing was too much trouble. They are helpful and honest. I live all the way down in Hastings but distance was not a problem. The car I had chosen online was driven( thanks Grahame) down to my mechanic in Somerville for inspection, given the thumbs up, then I had my first chance to test drive it and only then did I give MY thumbs up. So now Im the proud owner of my "new" 2015 i30 that is pristine. I am so happy. I cant thank all you guys enough!

Awesome service received at the service department on 8/1/20. Called in without a booking on our way out for a day trip after discovering a bit of an oil leak. A mechanic came straight out to have a look, took our car in and about 15 mins later we were on our way again, no charge. We were even asked if we needed a lift somewhere while we were waiting. We certainly weren't expecting this kind of service from a busy service department at a large dealer. First class service indeed. Thank-you WMG!

Went to WMG seeking information & assistance in respect to changing over our Nissan XTrail. We were provided with excellent customer service that satisfied all our questions. This with a friendly, down to earth approach that was devoid of pressure. We haven't yet decided to purchase but are highly impressed with our dealings with the dealership so far.
