Sudheesh and team did all the necessities in the process of our first home purchase. We were really satisfied an impressed with his service at that time, So I didn't have to think much about our conveyancer as I got the perfect choice in front of me.

My first home purchase would have been complicated if it was not looked after well, we had issues to get the First home owners grant also little complications with the landlord's back, but Sudheesh worked very well and I didn't have to face any headache.

I could feel the same approach and care after 2 years and really happy with them. One thing I would like to point that, Sudheesh never hesitated to check the documents for me, When ever I needed, I was able to get a quick response from him.
