Ahh that hit the spot...
Like a cold drink on a hot day or a warm blanket on a cold one, the way I felt after my massage was both physical and emotional satisfying. I walked in the room with a heavy, closed chest, which I'd been struggling to take a deep breathe for weeks. After my hour with Michelle, I walked out of the room feeling as though this huge weight had been lifted off my chest ! How cool is that in one luxurious hour this problem I had let bother me for weeks had been lifted. With some mindful tips, and the help of some Lemon to clear my mind, and improve my concentration, I haven't had a one single battle with steeping back and taking a breathe since.

Such a great one-stop shop for alternative/ complementary therapies in the heart of Woodford. Physio, acupuncture, several massage therapists, aromatherapy all wonderful with their different techniques, astrology, hypnotherapy and more. Amazing! Always greeted with a friendly smile & great service and their on-site made products are also fantastic.

Ive had massage from 2 staff here. Both have been excellent. The clearly know what they are doing. Can recommend.
