It is against Queensland Tenancy Law to charge Tenants a fee to pay their rent. All For Rent ads for rental properties with Raine and Horne Noosa Hinterland - Pomona state: "Our agency uses SimpleRent for rent collection (fees & charges apply)" Tenants REFUSE. You are entitled to request a payment gateway that does not have fees. If this Agency refuses to offer this service. May I suggest you rent with a different Landlord/Agent as these are choosing not to follow Legislation. You have been warned!

I had dealings with Erin from the property management department, one month before my tenancy agreement ended. She constantly harassed me, pushing me to give my Notice Of Intention to Leave. When only 2 weeks noticed is required. In the end she started advertising the property to rent, before my notice was given. Very unethical. She is not pleasant to deal with. She wanted to do what she wanted to do regardless of the tenants rights or responsibilities. I complained however, no response was given. Tenants will become buyers, landlords and sellers. I would not recommend Raine and Horne Hinterland.
