Once again Andrew and his team helped me out on short notice. I am ever so grateful for their quality work and kind customer service. Always lending me a loan car when needed and always clearly explaining the issues and work completed. So what good karma Andrew's A Grade Mechanical have, thank you 🙏🏽

Andrew, Lee and the whole team are just amazing. I have not experienced such high-quality service in many years. They genuinely care and go above and beyond to help with a smile. I recently had a mechanical issue with two snakes in my engine which caused a whole lot of trouble and I broke down in Pomona on the way back to Brisbane. After a quick call to Andrew and a fully booked workshop, they still went out of their way to go to where my car was, try to get it going, discover there was a second snake in the engine, organize a snake catcher to remove it, then get the car going, get it back to the workshop, work on it until well after the shop closed into the evening and get me back on the road all in a day - THAT IS SERVICE!!

They could have easily said no we are too busy (which was true), but they didn't as it is clear that is not in their DNA, they truly care, they love what they do and couldn't leave someone in trouble that was asking for help.

These guys are the real deal and I will be forever grateful that I broke down in Pomona where they could help me and nowhere else.

Got a flat coming from Brisbane to Boreen Point. Managed to limp in to Andrews. The whole team was so professional and courteous. Dropped everything just to help me out considering I had young kids in the car on a hot day. Couldn't have hoped for a better result.

Friendly and super honest! I walked in off the street after my engine light came on after a 3400km road trip, even without having booked an appointment I was seen to in less then 20 minutes. After plugging into my vehicles computer, they quickly diagnosed the issue and explained in detail why a sensor had caused the light to come on. Needless to say I was pretty happy it’s wasn’t a big issue, after I asked how much I owed, I was told not to worry about it, even though I assured I was happy to pay something for seeing to me so quickly, and being honest. Thanks again! honest and good mechanics are worth their weight in gold, if I was a local this would definitely be my go to mechanic shop.

Takes a while to get a booking but great service and nice people. If you need a battery or a tire fixed they will fix you right up!

We had to get our tyre assessed as it had gone flat. We were greeted immediately even though it was busy, and Andrew helped us out without making us wait. Really made our morning, such a lovely group of individuals working there. Definitely recommend this place!

Had some issues with the car halfway through a road trip and found these guys on google. I turned up without an appointment and was seen within 5 mins. The mechanic (Hayden I think) was a legend and explained clearly what the issue could be and what he's looking for. In the end it was nothing to worry about and he didn't even charge. Absolutely lovely people. Thanks a lot guys.

This is my go-to place for all mechanical issues for my vehicles. Andrew's A Grade Mechanical is crazy busy, and rightfully so, the team is honest, hardworking, and has an excellent reputation in the community. I'd love them to open a franchise in Cooran. :)

I had a crash with my caravan n car and showed up late in the day... they were fully booked but they didnt turn me away.
It turned our a bigger issue than it seemed and I ended up camping out while parts arrived etc. For a week...
They Fixed my van better than it ever was... not only was it fixedbut upgraded and now safe... they made sure the original issue would never occur again by educating me and even bringing me on a test drive to learn my new electric brake system and make sure It was set correctly. I honestly doubt I'd be confident on the road again without their recommendations..
They were so easy going and flexible and really enjoyable to be around .. and the level of care was like being family...
The price was also so reasonable and I'm grateful every time I get in to drive.... that I ended up there and not somewhere else. Thank you everyone x Chantelle

On holiday from Adelaide Dropped the car in early , not booked in. Had an issue with a shuddering torque converter after having a service earlier in Adelaide. Even thought he was flat out Andrew checked it over, found that the Adelaide place had put the wrong oil in. Changed the oil and even fitted in a wheel alignment. Now it’s perfect. Total price a lot less than I expected. Highly recommend him.

Andy is the most ethical and professional Mechanic I have ever had dealings with. I will not trust my families vehicles to anyone else.

Andrew's Mechanical is the best I have ever dealt with, you know your vehicle is good hands, from the front office to all the mechanics are faultless. Very knowledgeable and professional. You know your not going to get ripped off and they will always give you the best price.

Fair dinkum legend this bloke.. always friendly.. smilling and eager to do his best to help out as much as possible.. sorted out some mechanical issues for me in a thorough and patient manner.. he contacted me and updated me on the progress they had made on my car then explained my potential options to me and gave me time to decide and respond.. he isn't pushy sell sell either.. ever.. genuine decent bloke..
