Cutters Rest

Thank you to the wonderful staff who served us today. We unknowingly arrived just as they were closing their kitchen and yet they still greeted and served us with such kindness. The food is nothing but spectacular, accompanied with a wonderful atmosphere. Thank you again for your impeccable hospitality. 5 stars!

Dropped in looking for breakfast and we weren't disappointed. Perfect layout poached eggs and a generous side of mushrooms. The waitress was very friendly and attentive and very nice atmosphere sitting outside on the deck.

Wonderful pork rib in smokey plum sauce. The steak sandwich is very good too. Big portion and reasonable price. Too bad that I was too full to try their signature lumberjack cake. Maybe next time.

My partner and I ate dinner at Cutters Rest Bistro last night and we both enjoyed our meals. I particularly appreciated the large serve of delicious chargrilled vegetables that accompanied my chicken, so much better than the standard chips and salad! Service was very friendly and attentive as well.

What a diamond in the rough this place unexpectedly was. Just called in on speck for Sunday lunch and we were extremely surprised of what was on offer. We were met at the door, as per COVID guidelines and chose to sit outdoors on the rear balcony where we were treated to the best meal we have enjoyed for many months. NT Barra for me, Rib Fillet for the bride. Both meals served with an abundance of salad and perfectly cooked chips. The main meal was superb and very reasonably priced. Couple this with pleasant staff and a wide choice of specialty drinks, Cutters Rest Bistro is a place we will venture out to whenever we can. Well done team 5☆ from me.

Scraped it in by 1 minute to closing time but welcomed with open arms. Fantastic burgers, even our Westie was treated like an honoured guest and given a lightly grilled piece of rib fillet. Thankyou for such wonderful food and service

Found this place by accident and soo glad we did.
Great food, great service, servings are very generous.
Food was amazing, cooked perfectly and as good or better than I would expect at any great inner city restaurant.

Ive been here 3 times now and each time the food has been great, service has been very friendly and overall a great place to be...they allowed my two dogs to be with me in the back garden and also provided fresh clean water for them. The only downfall of my 3 experiences is that their hasn't been any calamari at all but says on the menu that there is calamari but yes great place to visit I'll be going back

Love the Mugbeans cafe next door, and Cutters Rest is reflective of the same great quality food and prices. Cutters give good portions and the meals aren’t average, boring dishes you’d find in every second restaurant. Would definitely recommend and revisit

Had breakfast here Saturday morning 05.06.2021. Food was excellent. Staff were very friendly. Would eat here again. Keep up the amazing service... 5 star Bistro

Highly recommend. Beautiful food and wonderful service. Perfect weather to sit on the deck of an evening. Loved the decor also. Offering live music on a Sunday arvo. Perfect!

Good atmosphere and service. Most tasty ribs and superbly cooked barramundi together with a very fresh and delicious salad. HIGHLY recommend

We had a wonderful lunch of barramundi, salad & chips and a steak sandwich. Generous helpings. Friendly and efficient service. We will return!
