Good friendly staff. My friend and I had a good chat to the maintenance engineer with a tour of the shed.

Love this place. The kids love it, it's only 10mins ride and you get off at the cafe with a huge garden with areas to let the kids run and explore and also a cafe to eat and enjoy. Then you can get back on the train and head back to the car. Don't forget a hat, sunscreen and water!

Thoroughly enjoyed the steam train ride, the guys there were all so friendly and helpful. They even have toilets there, plenty of car parks. You can get off after 5 or 10 minutes and enjoy the Woodford Gardens, they serve hot and cold drinks. Meals,it's lovely there, staff are all nice. Will be going back to enjoy another steam train ride and a meal at Woodford gardens.

Have been on the train a few times now and it's a really nice experience for kids and big kids alike. Make sure to hop off on the first leg to visit the cafe and gardens.

Awesome - the narrow gauge railway goes from Woodford a couple of kilometres down to a lovely café where you can have good food and coffee - then catch the train back.

Authentic steam train experience on a smaller scale - kids loved it.

Woodford is lovely little town - well worth the day trip.
