Priceline Pharmacy Woodford

Been going on this pharmacy for six years...the staff go above and beyond to assist the customer. The pharmacist is always happy to take the time to answer any questions may have.
The ladies who work there are all really lovely and the customer service is excellent...if there is a wait for a script if it's busy they let you know.
I'm stunned by some of the reviews as every experience I've had has been positive.
The range of make up and other products including great gift ideas are godsend meaning one doesn't have to drive to Caboolture to pick up a gift for whatever the occasion may be.

I was hesitant to go due to the negative reviews but my experience was great! Rebecca was super lovely and helpful on the phone and in person. And the male pharmacist has always been great! He was at the previous pharmacy before it changed to Priceline. Ill definitely be back! And they have a wide range!

Very caring and trusting business. First ever really positive chemist experience at Christmas. Legends!

Pharmacy.

This is the second time i have used this pharmacy and i had to walk out both times without any medication. The staff were clearly not interested in helping me get my prescribed medication. The other pharmacy across the road are always able to access any additional information and are extremely caring.

Go see Mandy, customer service plus. Could not be less helpful if she tried. Better suited to working alone, in a cave, on another world with no people.

Absolutely miserable woman who opened the shop, not interested in helping whatsoever. She should’ve stayed in bed. If that’s an example of their customer service, take your custom elsewhere.
