Woodford Doctors

I saw Dr Daniel today and he was so thorough, especially as I had only made an appointment to get an annual tetanus shot. I'm new in town and this was my first doctor's appointment so I'm very happy that I have a doctor that I trust and will continue to use in the future. He asked about my medical history, made notes, took my blood pressure and undertook a skin cancer check. I never got the impression that he was rushing or trying to contain the appointment to 5 or 10 minutes which is so often the case now with doctors appointments.

I struggle going to the doctors and put off as much as I can - preferring a holistic approach to my health. When I do need the doctors it makes me quite anxious. I have always found the staff to be very friendly which has helped my experience. My doctor Sharon Segers - goes over and above with her support. Has always respected my health choices but will step in if she feels the need. Sharon takes time with you as a patient NEVER shoves you out the door, is extremely understanding and has a wonderful bedside manner. I wouldn’t go anywhere else 😊

Dr Jonasson and the nurse were great. My son required stitches to a deep and nasty gash in his thigh and they calmed him and explained what they were doing. Thank you for seeing us so quickly.

Been coming to see Dr Segers for years, she is always attentive and makes you feel comfortable and heard during appointments. Fantastic nursing and reception staff, a great service to the community.

Dr Leticia Figueiredo has been very helpful and caring with all my needs and the needs of my baby. I was a patient of the Woodford Family Medical Centre but found very little care or compassion and was always quickly dismissed and hurried out the door. When i switched to Woodford Doctors i was incredibly impressed with the time Dr Leticia would take to properly understand our circumstances and even our emotional needs. She takes the time to properly look over my baby boy to make sure she doesn't miss anything. Couldn't recommend her more!
