Troy is a legend! He went above and beyond to help me! Great customer service even when things didn't go to plan he made them work out. Great advice on other garden and lawn needs too. Being a woman I always worry about being ripped off but I will definitely be recommending Arcadia to anyone wanting turf. Thank you!

Highly recommend Troy from Arcadia Turf. We have used Troy in the past and have just recently used him again. Troy is polite, friendly and on time. Troy also remembers his customers very well. I will be using Troy again.

Not a good experience dealing with Troy. Trusted his word, allowed him to take plants with the promise of prompt payment on 14 day terms. $2000 still owing from Xmas. We are a small business ourselves and try and help everyone.
Been no communication from Troy, won’t take calls , won’t return calls. Very disappointed.

Troy promises the world however does not follow through with his arrangements. The times that he sets and deadlines he arranged for his jobs are never stuck too. Once things get too hard, he then never responds back to any further messages or emails. You can’t even get the courtesy of a response back from him. Quite disgraceful.

I was supposed to have grass delivered friday only to be advised on the day that they needed payment night before.not mentioned in actual phone conversation when booked delivery . Tried to call a few times and sent text messages to make contact but no response to any attempts..
Have gone elsewhere and got the service that I have paid for by another company

I will not advise anyone doing business with Troy to trust him 100%
He measured the area to be turfed.Promise will deliver as agreed.He DIDNOT.Failed to answer phone calls.Told me prior that he may not be able to answer calls but will call later which he never did.He is a liar.Rather pay more than not receiving from him.
