I absolutely love Shields Morayfield!
The girls there feel like family.
I walk in & get the biggest, friendliest greeting, every time!
I have been coming here for months now with the convenience of location but now regardless, I go out of my way to only shop at morayfield. Honestly, these girls know how to treat customers & on top of that, aren’t pushy like some other stores, & always leave you walking out feeling like a million bucks!
Special mention to Bec & Holly for always going above & beyond!
You all deserve a pay rise!

Very impressed with assistant manager Rebecca who understood my situation and helped me out with a bracelet when 2 other store managers from WA refused to help me out and just wasted my time. Rebecca sent it to NSW store for me over Christmas period without wasting any more time . Thank you again Rebecca, you truly are an asset to Shiels Jewellers 🤗
Also Shiels Jewellers management need to provide further training to all stores staff Australia wide to help each other out with stock when customers are trying to purchase.

Tonight my sister and I entered the store after an appalling experience from prouds to be met by two young ladies who went above and beyond to help us. Unfortunately I didn't catch their names however I wanted to praise their beautiful customer service and friendly nature. Tracey from Morayfield is amazing, I have purchased so much jewellery from her. Unfortunately my engagement ring was sent back 3 times in 1 year and I was so upset. Outstanding customer service from the Manager Tracey and her team on Saturday helping with the purchase of my new ring. Tracey was very patient and helpful in assisting me choose the perfect ring and nothing was too much trouble. It’s been a long time since I’ve received genuine customer service like this and could not be happier with my purchase and care plan. If you’re looking to purchase any Jewellery, go and see Tracey or her team I honestly can’t recommend them highly enough.

Perfectly wonderful service all-around from Jessica and the girls at Shiels Morayfield. We spent a few days looking at all the local jewellery stores for an engagement ring, wedding bands and diamond earrings, and nobody else compared in service and value as the Shiels store did. Jessica and the other assistants were very patient with us, extremely helpful, and really listened to us and communicated nicely in return. On top of that, the pricing at Shiels beat other local jewellery stores, and their frequent sales and discounts make it even much better value. At other jewellery stores we received for the most part boring, non-engaging service from sales assistants who rarely seemed interested, while Shiels Morayfield stood out beyond the rest. Shiels did everything they could to accommodate our purchases at their best possible price. Thank you for an amazing shopping experience. Highly recommend this store to any other customers!

I needed a watch BADLY!!! 2 El-Cheapo watches had let me down
and when the Retail Assistant at Target suggested I should go to a Jewellers and get a PROPER WATCH, that is when I met JESSICA at Shiels Jewellers!
She was MARVELLOUS - great Product Knowledge- bothered to discover what I wanted rather than sell me what she wanted to! RESULT: I left with a brand new watch on my wrist and a smile on my face! What a GREAT Sales Lady! Thank you Jessica and Shiels!!
