Great people to deal with, very caring, I am looking after my Daughters 14 year old Cat I take Pep'e to be treated for Hyperthyroidism and I am very pleased with the service Vetlove have given.

Fantastic vets! Our boy a rescue cat came to us with bad breath not from a shelter btw.
So I went in to get some info on costs to get this rectified and so I could start to budget for this as like with most of us atm we are struggling with the cost of living.
They gave me a worst case scenario quote. However upon inspection he was required to have 6 teeth removed which to be fair I didn't think it was that bad.
They advised me of a program that they have that would help take a decent chunk of the cost away which brought me back to what I had initially budgeted for plus offers a range of other benefits that will be helpful moving forward.
The staff were all fantastic, friendly and have a genuine love of animals so you know your fur baby will be in good hands.
They called me to let me know and gave me the option of how many teeth to extact but I got all done now to help my boy feel better.
They took great care with him and did wonderful job. Now he has nice white teeth and a fresh breath.
Certainly recommend them as Vets and will be going back anytime my boy requires it

Very accommodating, friendly & professional. Second visit with our 6month old puppy, whom is currently eating anything and everything! He needed to be seen swiftly, and that was not an Issue. Very grateful, and makes it abit less stressful thanks again for seeing our naughty Billy.

The vet we saw was very helpful, informative, and clearly cared for the well-being of our cat. Every vet tech we've seen is also super friendly and absolutely lovely towards our cat. We singed up for the care plan which easily saved us a lot of money both on the spot, and in our future trips by including free consults, blood works and urine works.

Clinic was clean and light. Staff were friendly and professional. They treated Precious who is very timid with strangers with patience and gentleness. They explained everything so pleased to find our new local vet

We have recently moved to Flagstone and we registered our dogs with VetLove. We booked them in for their heartworm injection and from the moment we walked in, we were greeted in a friendly and professional manner. The vet was very knowledgeable and asked if the dogs had any issues, these were advised and again his knowledge was incredible. He greeted both dogs by name. We now have a clear path going forward to address any issues our dogs have. We would highly recommend VetLove to any pet owners.

Would not take my beautiful babies anywhere else! The staff are amazing and patient with us even with the 2 special needs cats we have. Vets are super knowledgeable and caring they actually care about what's best for your animal which is rare to find.

Took my new dog here for the first time and found everyone friendly and helpful. They took care of all her needs and made contact with her old vet to clarify some things which was very helpful. We also joined the VIP program that makes services more affordable.

We were going through a very difficult time as our beautiful Lab had to be euthenised 😢
The veterinary & his lovely assistant came out to our home the day after we contacted them. They were so wonderful, calm but so lovely and very Proffessional, they made our whole family & Kaisah our Lab feel so relaxed.
Took the time to explain to us what was to be expected when the procedure was taking place...
Kaisah went so peacefully and the whole experience as sad & devastating as it was, was made so much better, by the caring, respectful, loving service that VetLove provided.

We couldn't be more grateful to them 🙏

They also put us in contact with Pet Angel, & took Kaisah back with them, & organised for Pet Angel to pick Kaisah up to preform a cremation service for us.

One week later Pet Angel returned Kaisah's ashes etc to us at our home.

Couldn't recommend VetLove more.. they were fantastic! and we really appreciate everything they did for us.

Great friendly service by staff that care for your pet. Our dog Chilli loves her treats that she receives from the receptionist after her visit for being a good patient . She sits beside her& waits& if it takes to long, nudges her to let her know she’s there. Highly recommend the clinic& Dr Chris is an excellent & knowledgeable vet!!

Saved my little chiwawa dogs life when money was tough,they had us looked after on a plan which we could afford not having pet insurance see we do now, they are very professional and honest caring people.

Vet Love in Flagstone is brilliant! I’ve never felt so looked after and assured that my pet is receiving appropriate care. The staff are so friendly and welcoming, and the vet we saw was amazing with my dog, giving her lots of pats and affection before he began checking her over so she felt comfortable to be there. I’ve been to a lot of vets over the years, and my dogs have not enjoyed any of them - this is the first genuinely positive experience I’ve had with a vet clinic and I couldn’t recommend them enough!

On my first visit to this clinic I was unfortunately ‘that’ client. Ten minutes late to an early appointment, with a baby in tow who grizzled the whole time. Both Emma and Dr Sun were highly professional and lovely to us despite this. They are a credit to their industry, and we will be back!

We took our dog here today for the first time and they were absolutely amazing! They did exactly what they needed to to fix the lump on our dog and they are very well priced. The nurses and the vet are super friendly and make you and your animal feel very comfortable 😊
