dan has been so great to us, he always has the time to speak to us. Ann is a good manager, she works really hard.

Love all the staff at the branch they are always so helpful and happy. It's great to have a bank that doesn't have a corporates cardboard cutout staff. Keep up the great work guys.

Is this true?? Can I ask how Bendigo Bank @ Nanango demonstrates it's promise to conduct business ethically? And how the bank measures its performance in meeting ethical banking standards?

I would like to know and receive a copy of the Manager's process on managing irresponsible lending. I want to know do any checks and due diligence occur when lending money against a property owned by a man who was 79yrs old and on a full pension!
